Terrible service! We were scheduled for a delivery today. 3 people took off of work because it was a large delivery. We received multiple reminders that it would be delivered between 11am -5pm, only to be told after 11am that it isn't on the truck. When we asked if it would be delivered tomorrow, because 3 of us need to burn ANOTHER day of work, the response was, well hopefully it will be the truck! Seriously?! That is the answer? Estes, you are being paid! This isn't a free or even inexpensive service. The cost was over $300 and this is the level of service? I know that you will respond with some cookie cutter apology, but please don't. If you do I will continue to plaster this all over the internet on every profile you have. I am so beyond livid that there is very little you could do to make this right.

Worst shipping company ever. They canceled delivery on me twice in a row. The 2nd time, I paid my contractor extra to have guys stay late to unload as their system showed an estimated delivery of more than an hour past the window. After several calls I found out the driver “couldn’t make it today”. Then their clown-show of an operation marked it as though nobody was available to receive delivery, when in fact their driver never attempted delivery. Unreliable, dishonest, and they simply don’t care - avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever with the delivery I was not home and the delivery man called me first to inform me that it was on its way . Then he called to tell me that he popped a tired and I had to tell him of the large tress then he told me they will remember my address . In addition a female called me In in the afternoon to tell me that I had to tell them to do delivery on a van. I explained to the nice female that I have had previous purchases with lows and never had a issue . But I guess they changed personal .

Worst shipping company. I have been waiting for more than a month for my grill. First expected delivery was July 10, and it passed no delivery, now it’s was supposed to be delivered July 23 which was 5 days ago. Its July 28 and there is no delivery date, no update, no calls from them. It’s been in the warehouse at Newburgh for more than ten days. And yesterday I checked the status of my order thru Home Depot and they said they cannot find my package. They possibly lost my grill.

Update: Contacted them thru email which they instructed. More than 24 hours passed, no update on when my package is being delivered. The complete disregard of this company is appalling.
