West Hills County Park

Such a beautiful place! I was fascinated and enjoyed my walk there so much. It has several hiking trails and even horses. It's dog-friendly, and my little dog loved her walk too; she was very happy. This park is very clean..pure nature! Oh, and we saw 3 deer running. They passed very close to us during our hike.

My dog absolutely loves this park the people are nice. And the dogs are also nice as well. But dogs are like humans not everybody gets along. I do as I keep my non delicious just to make sure when I get inside the gate. Is everything okay I release her. They also have fountain water.

This place is awesome! I'm from out of town and was looking for a good place to excercise my standard poodle. The people were very nice and the other dogs were very well behaved. We went during the week in the morning, there were about a dozen or so other dogs.

There is a charge during the weekends and holidays at peak season memorial day to labor day. But not during the week day.

There is a water fountain, and a small wooded area.

I have to say I'm very impressed.

What a wonderful park, full of life even in winter. Plenty of views and trails are in great shape. Many other hikers and dog walkers out and about even on cold days.

Met up with my work team for a social distancing gathering. It was a nice place with plenty of room and picnic tables. Removed from the highway noises and well kept. A short distance from 110 and Walt Whitman mall.. There is also a horse training center along the same road. There is a public bathroom and dog park. I would recommend this park.

Bring your doggie to the park to meet other doggies. There’s donated pickup bags in case you forget to bring one. There’s also a water spigot.

If you're looking to take a walk in nature this is a good place to do it.

No bugs, dog friendly, had the whole trail to ourselves. What more could one ask for?

Was visiting a boy scout troop I was in Yeats ago for their holiday dinner and boy did seeing this place bring back great memories. Between hikes, campfires, manhunt, football, Frisbee, and plenty of other fun and sometimes unsafe activities but it all came right back when we went for a nice walk around. If only I could be a kid again or better yet forever.

Great dog park and hiking trails. Watch out for the horse deposits as some of the trails are used for riding. There is a bathroom at the other end of the parking lot from the dog park.

I like the park. The people are friendly and there are plenty of cool dogs there for my 2 German Shepards to socialize with.

This is my father's Park in Long Island for two reasons because of the beauty of the place and I love poetry so whenever I need an inspiration I stop by for a walk or stop or visit the museum I can ride some lines and I love this place because it's a delighting natural environment to relax meditate or spend some time with yourself and your family your name it please stop by your love it.

Had to kill time with my Golden Retriever so looked for a place to take her. HUGE dog park. She doesn’t normally go to them but this was the largest run I’ve seen. Lots of space, friendly people and dogs

A really nice clean park with a beautiful loop trail. Also a huuuuge dog park for the dogs to really run and stretch their legs!

Almost two acre fenced in area. Plenty of bench seating in sun or shade. Running water for dogs to drink. Always other dogs there to play with. Lots of parking. Hiking trails adjacent to dog run if you want to go off road.

This park has many many wonderful hiking trails and is great for an afternoon getaway from life's noise and bustle. Also has a nice picnic area, playground, and a large dog run area.
