Ferri Bride

I bought a Ferri's design for my wedding dress and it is beautiful. It was just perfect for my big day too. The details are just gorgeous. My dress also came in earlier than expected, which is always a relief. Ferris was wonderful to work with when purchasing my wedding dress. Alterations were easy and cheap! I also bought my jewelry and veil at Ferris. Everything is gorgeous and was beautiful on my wedding day!

I had been to many other stores in the capital district, before I finally found Ferri. The staff at Ferri were so accommodating and helpful. The girls who work there were wonderful and made me feel so special. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my special day! I used them over 5 years ago for my wedding dress and I was so impressed with their customer service and how they made me feel like I was "part of their family". I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dress for their special occasion. Top class staff work here, they know their stuff! Such nice people. Thank you, Ferri!

Marylu and the Ferri's team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind and SO helpful. They made wedding dress shopping a wonderful and effortless experience - you can tell that they always make sure their customers are comfortable and happy. They gave so many helpful suggestions and recommendations when it came to dress selection, how the dress should be ordered, accessories and alterations. They are extremely organized, reliable and make sure that no detail is missed. Because Ferri Formals is also full service (they offer accessories, alterations and dress cleaning/preservation services), you know that all of your wedding dress needs will be streamlined, timely and efficient. The one-on-one personal experience was absolutely amazing. I found my dress and the women at Ferri Bride went above and beyond to help make it a surprise for my friends and family. I'm so glad that I decided to shop at a local bridal shop instead of going to a big chain store.

Ferri Formal and Bridal (and specifically MaryLu), got me the dress of my dreams for the absolute greatest wedding day ever! In January of 2018 I began looking at dresses at multiple stores in MA for my December 2019 wedding. One of the first dresses I ever tried on was a Lillian West dress that I loved- style 6422…. But, it being one of the very first I tried, I didn’t think it could be the one. At my next dress shopping trip, I purchased a different dress.

In between January of 2018 and December of 2019 I just knew in my gut that I had bought the wrong dress for me and my vision for my wedding day. At the beginning of December I began frantically searching everywhere on the internet for a used Lillian West dress I could buy in time for my wedding at the end of the month. I found Ferri Formal and Bridal online because they were having a Lillian West trunk show. I contacted them inquiring about the dress and Marylu was the KINDEST woman ever. She heard my crazy story, helped me order a NEW Lillian West dress within my budget and was very patient with my fears and worries about the short timeline.There were 2 weeks to go until my wedding when my dress came in and arrived at the store. I drove to NY and MaryLu and team arranged for it to be altered THAT VERY DAY! I am so grateful for MaryLu’s kindness, help and support! I had a great experience and would recommend their store highly!

The best experience ever! Patty was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. My first and only wedding dress fitting! Found a Beautiful Justin Alexander dress during the trunk show. Definitely going back for my bridesmaids!

Ferri Formals was more than accommodating throughout the entire process of finding the dress, all of the alterations, and will be helping me clean/preserve as well! I would highly recommend Ferris to any future bride who is looking for not only her perfect dress, but a place that has super friendly and helpful staff as well !

I wanna say I love this place here for dresses . The staff are very nice , welcoming ,and helpful when finding the perfect dress for your special day . I’m getting married on October 12th and I brought my dress in to get it altered on September 28th (ik it was short noticed ) but they took time out of there schedule to make my alterations perfect . I came in today for my second fitting and I am beyond happy how my wedding dress came out . I am going to be a true princess :) . I wanna say thank you Ferris formal and bridals for making time to make my wedding dress perfect for my special day 💕 . I will definitely let people know to come here to get there wedding dress when there special day comes around :)

Found my wedding dress at Ferri Bride and it was such a fun and exciting experience working with Eva who was super knowledgable and really nice. She was patient and helpful and my dress was actually one I didn't think I would like that she pulled for me. I put it on and absolutely loved it! Thank you Eva and Ferri Bride for finding me the perfect dress!

Ferri Formals and Bridals is a great shop with reasonable prices and so much variety in size and style. The location was convenient for me, so they ended up being the only place I went to shop for my wedding dress. When I was trying on dresses and searching for the perfect one, I never felt rushed or pressured. It was such a fun experience and they made me feel so special. I took my dress home with me and brought it back a few months before my wedding for alterations. I had my dress taken in quite a bit and it was still a little big on top after alterations. They did even more alterations and told me I could pick it up 2 days before my wedding. That was stressful, but they assured me it would be ready and that there would still be time left for more alterations if needed. They pulled it off and I was happy with how well my dress fit me. My husband and his Best Man rented their tuxes from Ferri Formals and the process was very easy for them. They also altered my Maid of Honor dress, even though it was purchased from somewhere else. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with Ferri Formals and I'm looking forward to having them clean and preserve my dress!

Marylu and the staff at Ferri are the best of the best! My experience at Ferri from the dress shopping to alterations and getting my dress cleaned after my wedding was top notch. I can’t say enough great things about this company and would highly recommend checking them out for wedding and formal dresses!

I had such a wonderful experiences at Ferris! From the minute I walked in to start trying on wedding dresses everyone was pleasant, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. The staff are all very knowledgeable and made me feel so special! MaryLu helped me every step of the way and made the process so easy and stress free, I am so thankful for her and all of her wonderful staff! My dress was absolutely perfect and I felt so beautiful on the day of my wedding thanks to Ferris!

I purchased my wedding dress there and it fit perfectly! My husband purchased he is wedding suit and he looked amazing. The staff is wonderful. I highly recommend going there!

I never leave reviews but I cannot recommend this place more! I just want to take the time to publicly thank Marylu and Eva for their amazing service and care for me while I shopped for my wedding dress! Eva helped me find exactly what I was looking for and in my budget! I had my first fitting today and when I decided later I wanted to change my alterations slightly, Marylu went out of her way and allowed me to come in (with my young children in tow) and made sure I love my dress and how it will look on my big day! Choose a dress shop that knows how to handle the unpredictable, stressful moments. The dress company (not the shop) sent out the wrong dress and when it arrived I almost fainted. The owner has been nothing but accommodating and is very good at making you feel at ease. We have been working to prepare for the new dress when it arrives, developing a plan A, B, and C should more “surprises” appear. I have no doubt I will come out of this a happy bride with an exceptional dress.

It was a pleasure working with Ferri Formals for my wedding gown! Every dress in the store is absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with the first one I tried on. Mary Lou, the owner, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She did all of the alterations and the preservation. I’ve recommended this store to countless friends and family over the past year!

Went here after first going to David’s Bridal. Knowing David’s is a big box store, I very very wrongly assumed they would have more selection at better prices. I was HAPPILY wrong. Ferri Formals and their staff are absolutely amazing. I worked with Talia (sorry if I spelled that wrong). She was beyond helpful, so nice and even stayed after closing hours to accommodate indecisiveness. She made the process so very easy. I went in looking for a budget wedding dress and left with the dress of my dreams for only $99! I found so many budget dresses that were all absolutely gorgeous, I couldn’t believe it. Have not gotten the tailoring done yet but so far recommend 10/10 for all brides!

I had gone to a few different bridal shops before here and none came close to the quality and variety at Ferris. Everyone I worked with were wonderful and I never felt rushed or pressured. They had a large variety of dresses and were very accommodating to work with. All of the staff were genuinely interested in hearing about your wedding and helped look for your perfect dress. They have more than one gorgeous area to try on dresses and really makes you feel like a special bride! I highly recommend!

The most amazing experience! Eva took great care of us. She's a great listener, helped us find the dress and shared ideas on how to make it one of a kind. The location is convenient and the atmosphere was wam, calm and welcoming!

I went shopping today for my bridal gown and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service. I’ve been to five other bridal stores and nothing compared to the kindness and attention that I received at Ferri Formals and Bridal. Patti and Stav worked tirelessly to pick dresses for me to try on that matched the style I was going for. Their choices were spot on because they truly listened. By the end of the visit, these two lovely ladies felt like family.
