Dry cleaning was excellent.

This dry cleaners is terribly incompetent. For many months they have repeatedly destroyed the buttons on my collars and cuffs. I have called at least 50 times to complain and each time the owner says he will make sure that the buttons will be replaced and that he would make sure this would stop happening. Finally yesterday I had enough when not only were the same shirts returned with broken buttons but he refused to take my calls and insisted I text him. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unmatched by any business I have ever dealt with. Use this cleaners at your own risk!

This is the first negative review I’ve ever written due to the absurdity of the matter. I was coming here regularly until today I found out from looking at the receipt that they charge an additional 20% if you have brand name cloths. Basically they feel that because you can afford brand name cloths why not charge you additional 20% to do the same work! Their fee system is based on your pocket size, not the item they clean! Never coming back here!
