GREAT local coffee roaster and cafe. New owners as of November ‘22 have really upped the coffee quality. Tons of different varieties and flavors available, I had an oat cappuccino that was perfect. There’s a small, but high quality, selection of baked goods and teas, but the coffee selection is really what shines. Great, low key ambiance with wifi available. The owners know a ton about the coffee too- ask them what they have! Highly recommended, stop in if you’re in the area!

Very nice and clean coffee shop. Tons of different coffee choices and many bakery items to choose from. Staff are also very friendly. Prices are very reasonable as well. A great start to the morning ☀

KOoL little spot with a spacious outdoor patio and super chill vibe. GREAT SERVICE! Friendly, helpful and patient. Local maple latte w/oat milk was top notch!! Excellent blended frozen caramel latte as well! Extremely clean restroom was a plus!

This place feels like a diamond among coffee shops! Modern coffee shop vibe with thoughtful details, (like kids toys, outlets by the tables, games for adults) and warm, inviting atmosphere. Not to mention the food and coffee was delicious! Savannah was our barista, and she was friendly, welcoming, and very efficient at serving. 10/10 would recommend.

Really enjoyed this small town coffee place. The service was great. Sandwiches were good for, im guessing, premade. The coffee was really good and the baked goods were delicious and fresh. Went there several times now. Never crowded, never noisy and nice, relaxing atmosphere. Recommended to others who enjoyed it.

Great coffee shop that does some of its own roasting. They have a small case full of pastries and other treats if you need a bite. The space is small but feels open and the staff are very welcoming. Has a small outdoor seating area as well. Worth checking out.

The staff is friendly and quick! I was looking for a good decaf coffee for the afternoon. Janelle found me a fantastic blend! She also thought to ask if I had a bean grinder at home, as they carry whole beans. I said I did not and she asked what coffee maker I had. I told her and she said she could grind the bag for me. She did and it's perfect for my coffee maker. Everytime I open the bag in the afternoon the coffee is rich and fresh smelling. They also offer many other items that I will be trying on my next visit. You can't go wrong stopping in - you'll be glad you did!

Just reopened and it’s sooo good!! I got a beautiful latte and the Costa Rican La Magnolia roast is perfect- If they had a 5lb bag, I’d buy it!

A refreshing change for the coffee shop world! Super clean, run by Greene County locals, has an artsy/funky flair but is still minimalist in its own way. Coffee is great (try the specials!), customer service by all staff was friendly, and all the treats are made by other local businesses. You can go there and either keep it 100% healthy or get a seriously decadent treat. Prices are good, too. Highly recommend and absolutely in love with it’s Catskills/Hudson Valley vibe!

I never expected to find a world-class coffee roaster and coffee shop in Coxsackie, yet here it is. Superb coffee, delicious pastries (which need to be warmed), pre-made breakfast sandwiches. What's not to like?

I had a great cup of coffee here today! The place was clean, bright, and cheery. My barista, Kendall, was professional and friendly. The restroom was spotless. I had a dark roast coffee and it was delicious. Overall, a great experience!

Hands down the best cafe in the area! Both the service and quality of the coffee are top notch. The staff are friendly and create a welcoming environment. My wife and I have been on multiple occasions now and each visit makes us want to come back. Whether you're looking for a classic bold cup of dark roast or a medium/light pour over with a complex profile, they have it covered. We will be back!

Stopped here visiting new York. They have oakmilk and make incredible drinks. I got the hot cappuccino and my sister got a cold latte. Everyone was very friendly and the place is super clean.

Best coffee around! I’ve stopped by a few times since opening day and there’s always friendly staff, clean tables, fantastic espresso, and sweet treats. Previously, the closest coffee shops to Coxsackie were a drive to Catskill or Albany, so Greater Things is really a blessing. Go for some fair trade, locally roasted coffee and stay for the Cider Belly donuts (they have vegan options!).

Greater Things is a true gem. My husband and I have been here a few times, and each visit leaves us impressed with the friendly service and perfectly roasted coffee. They have yummy treats too, including gluten-free options! :)

I thought I was going to be out of luck with coffee when I moved to the West Coxsackie area from Westchester county in October. I was so happy to discover this cute little coffee place just ten minutes from me! Their drinks are creative and delish and they offer an assortment of local baked goods as well. Love this place!
