Call Joe Appliance

Joe was great!. Right off the bat he told me that yes he could fix it but that it would probably end up costing me more to fix my freezer than buy a new one. He then went the extra step to call his office and have them call the local appliance store to see if they had what I needed in stock. They came back under 5 minutes with an answer. Off I went to the Appliance store and the next day I had my new freezer. This is not the first time I have used him and it certainly won't be the last. I like his honesty.

I’ve used. Call Joe on many occasions when an appliance is let me down. Most recently my dryer tried to start a fire in my home. I called Joe and got a return call from Mark one of the technicians within 30 minutes of leaving a voicemail after speaking with me, he checked to make sure he had the correct parts and called me back and was able to come that evening. he did a great job troubleshooting the issue working in less than ideal conditions for a fast repair and a fair price. Call Joe is an asset to our community and I hope they stay in business forever!

Joe came to see us for our malfunctioning Samsung washer. I had reached out to Samsung and they had set me up with EEFix which had HORRENDOUS reviews, so I was very uncomfortable moving forward. I reached out to some friends and most all of them recommended “Call Joe” I spoke with Ray and he also confirmed that EEFix was unreliable. Thankfully, “Call Joe” had a cancellation so I was able to get an appointment in sooner than usual, and we saw Joe the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and quick to get the job done. He also has multiple forms of payment, which helpful. I can’t recommend him enough! Even with our fix, it didn’t break the bank, and I would happily go to him again if (God forbid) we had another appliance break. Thank you, Joe!!

I called Joe’s appliance for a Samsung refrigerator that was not cooling. Joe was able to come out the next day, and he quickly diagnosed the problem (defrosting issue). He even fixed it the same day. He was very knowledgeable, and he was courteous of our home. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone needing repairs!

Called about repairing a dryer. Mark got back to me that same morning when they had a cancellation and came the same afternoon. Figured it out before he opened the panels. Fixed in an hour with tips on preventive maintenance to boot. Really appreciate the great service and fair service call price.

Fridge and freezer stopped cooling and my local community recommended Joe. He came out same day, diagnosed the issue and even had the part with him on hand. We had a great chat too. Price was reasonable. Would 100% recommend him to anyone else needing help for a repair.

These guys are great! I needed a warranty fix on my washing machine and they came on the evening of the phone call. Had to order a new motor, which they did and they got it in when they said they would. Came as scheduled and fixed repair. Same day, there was an unrelated problem and I called back and spoke with the technician(Mark) who walked me through an easy fix. He would have came back that evening if I needed him to, but so far, so good. I would definitely use them again.

So thankful we were recommended to Call Joe! Quick responses. Great service. Joe not only fixes our appliances but explains things clearly to us. Thanks Joe! Also appreciate the humor. :)

Joe has been doing my appliance service for many years - has proved to be trustworthy and reliable. Today he replaced the Ice Maker. Reasonable cost and reliable. Would highly recommend.
