Tops Friendly Markets

I had asked a bunch of tops to do a certain cake for me and they gave me a bit of a hard time bhr this tops bakery went above and beyond for me without hesitation. I absolutely loved how much work they put into it . It came out so nice.

I had grown up in this area, and I was back in the area while doing some shopping for my great grandmother. I have not seen this Tops look this good in 10 years. Everything looks fresh and new, the selection of products is getting better and better, and they have some of the same amazing staff from when I was younger (specifically cart man. If you go here often you know what guy I'm talking about!). I am pleased to say this is probably one of the best renovations and overall improvements in a Tops Market I have seen

Visited the store yesterday and can I say I love the service at this location. Julie helped me with a western union transfer and was so attentive, kind and warm. She was an assistant manager and for her to be like that shows how well they train their staff. Everyone was very pleasant. Great customer service and very helpful.

Not bad has improved over the years I love the cheektowaga Thruway plaza location the manager Chris Braden is amazing! Phenomenal customer service skills and never ceases to amaze me by going above and beyond for customers. With this pandemic and many seniors and marginalized groups being isolated when they shop they may talk a little more or require extra attention and he gives it to them 💯 every time

The young man who cashed my family out was FANTASTIC! His name is Christian, I believe. Very friendly,personable, considerate. He deserves a raise and a commendation! Kudos to him! Also TOPS had everything we needed at great prices!

This is my preferred Tops. Close to the other stores I also like. I can run errands in a timely mannor and be done with it. For the most part the service is Friendly. The restrooms are out of Toilet paper often which is not a problem i am in the habit of having some on hand in my purse at all times anyway.

I have been a Tops Market shopper for at least 50 years and have tried the Tops-brand groceries for all that time!
Most of those I tried are excellent tasting and reasonably priced! (I do enjoy their "specials", however!) My store of choice is at Union and Geo. Urban in Cheektowaga! (I remember well when Mr Manna was manager!)

If this is the tops on Main Street in williamsville, it is immaculate, the help is wonderful, and the selection is great. Another nice thing.the people at the self-checkout actually aren't looking at their telephones all the time. I haven't even seen a person at this self checkout with a telephone at all. The one on Harlem Road, the person's at the self-checkout are always looking at their phones, you have to ask them for help, and I would say at least 50% of them have a very lackadaisical attitude.

The other day I went there to just grab diapers. I was having a trying 3 weeks and my mind was racing and not thinking clearly. When I paid I used debit and got cash back,well I realized after I got back "home" I never took the cash. I nearly called almost 3 hours later,after they had closed and someone answered and knew exactly what I was talking about and told me an employee saw me walk away and the machine dispensed my money but I was gone so he gave it to the counter. There aren't many good people in this world anymore but to the employee who found it and returned it please leave your name at the customer service. You never know what someone is going through! Let me tell you, I have been going through it non-stop for a month, but you gave me hope again, you made me not want to stop being a good person and always trying to do the next right thing especially when no one's looking, because I was giving up. And even though this world is cruel,cold and will chew you up and spit you out you reminded me people like us still exist 😍

Tops has great locally grown produce. The staff is always helpful, and the carry-out has lots of cold/hot options. The breakfast pizza is 100%

A rare stop at the Southwestern Orchard Park location gave me a wonderful experience. I was helped by a young lady in the bakery department on tuesday
around 4 pm. She was over the top helpful with two seperate orders and most of all extremely friendly. She is a 5 star employee!!!

Appealing, clean, entrance is eye catching. Produce is fresh, well organized, and vibrant. The staff was friendly and helpful, this isn't my local Tops so I needed a bit of assistance. Thank you for your Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free products. I visited on 10/29/16 at ten am.

This is the largest and cleanest Tops store in all of Cheektowaga. It was originally established as one of the first Tops "organic" stores back in the mid-90's and it has still maintained that claim very well to this day. They have a HUGE selection of products!

I shop at TOPS often, it's clean & the shelves are kept stocked. Have many sales each week & they always have many deals. Plenty of parking & plenty of handicap parking.

Breakfast burritos ANYTIME of day... too bad they do not have green Chile like they do in New Mexico... but they have a hot red sauce they call salsa not realizing that sauce and salsa are the same words in different languages. ;🌶

Always good service and no harassing when you walk in the door of making my life choice of not wanting to wear a mask it's pleasant to walk into a place unmasked and not have to deal with Karen's

The Tops Supermarket in Cheektowaga, located at Union road, has the best rotisserie chicken. Every time, we've a party at work, I would go there for the rotisserie, and it's always been good!

Tops and Wegmans are the best damn food markets in the united States.
My prayers is that these 2 companies stay in business forever.
I live in Florida now and don't like Publix or any other food market store in Florida.
Tops and Wegmans represents high fashion. High style, High quality goods in a state of the art super market

The store is clean, associates are respectful and kind. Managers always correct mistakes to their best ability.
