You can tell Joe and everyone there loves their jobs and fully understands that they are in a customer service role. The B & B team went above and beyond not only helping me select the right chainsaw and accessories for me but also helped load my purchase into my vehicle as well as helping to fill out my warranty online in the store. I left the store not only with all the equipment I needed but also practical knowledge from a familiarization of my saw with Joe.

I bought a Stihl chain saw today from B&B and it was literally the best experience I have ever had in any store and I will definitely continue to buy from them in the future. They are very knowledgeable about all of their products, they even help you/ do the warranty registration for you. I would strongly recommend buying from them over a big box store and if you have never been in there I suggest going in and checking out the show room.

I purchased a snow blower from a big box store thinking that they sold a high volume and knew what they were doing. This is far from the truth. When I had issues after just a year, B&B Equipment was able to fix my blower quickly. They found a number of things that weren’t set up quite right. Needless to say, when I got my snow blower back it ran better than when it was brand new. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with B&B, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend them without reservation and while I hope I don’t find myself in need of their services in the future, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

A great local family run business that takes care of their customers. Joe Artikuski, Jr. the owner knows his business and the equipment they sell and service including off brand. I strongly recommend their equipment and service, it is all top notch and they treat their customers like family. You can buy from a big box store and get a lesser quality model or, you can buy from a quality dealer that not only will sell you a better model but they will take care of you from the date of sale for years to come. Big box stores sell you the product, they don't service it, and they don't stand behind their product like B&B Equipemnt does. Service AFTER the sale means everything, buying from a reputable dealer that has your back when you need it most. I have been doing business with B&B Equipment on State Hwy. 30 for almost 25 years and they have always been my turn to place for all of my lawn, snow blower, and chain saw needs.

Great Stihl dealer that is very knowledgeable when it came time for me to get a chainsaw. Can tell you all about the differences you are getting between products and has a beautiful showroom with a Stihl kiosk if you are unsure about what to get. He even threw in a bottle of oil for the mix and a Stihl hat when I bought my MS271 Farm Boss. If I need anything stihl I'm definitely going back.

I've always had great service with Joe & his wife.They are friendly and professional and I've been going there for about 25 years.

When a near by dealer lost their Stihl franchise, I needed to find a replacement. I only had a chain saw and a weed wacker. B&B took care of these with no problems. In the last 2 years I have replaced my chain saw and weed wacker, I've added a backpack blower to replace my hand held blower, I added another weed wacker for my wife (battery powered). I added a helmet with ear protection and face screen, added a head set with radio and mp3 player. All these products are Stihl, purchased from my favorite dealer B&B. I also purchase a Gravely walk behind brush hog from them..
