Auto Wrench Connection

My husband got a flat tire and this location was the only place in the area that accepted the request from Allstate. It was going to take over 2 hours but they are not close to us. My husband was able to get help to get the tire off, so I cancelled the call for assistance they called to make sure I cancelled but I know it was an inconvenience, so I wanted to post a positive review because that’s all I can do at this time. I really appreciate that they were willing to make the drive from Gowanda to Irving. Thank you

What a great place. I got towed there after closing from Fredonia because I don't trust the garages in Fredonia. Called on lunch and they had it done the next day. Lots of communication, friendly staff, great value with AAA discount.

I just stopped here because I heard a thumping sound coming from the rear of my vehicle. The owner was right there and we went for a ride right away. He really knows hos business. We got back and he put it up on the lift and found the problem. I am having it fixed there because I know it will be done right and the people are real and knowledgeable. I was lucky to find this place.

Definitely 5 stars to Nick and the crew at Auto Wrench to a job really well done: a prompt tow from a roadside breakdown, an extensive search for a rare part, and even a courtesy lift to pick up the van. The van runs great now (when I had thought it was done-for) - not everyone could perform this sort of miracle on a 1993 van! All the way through, a professional and classy job.

Nick worked hard to do the repairs that needed to be done first. Then he gave me a list of repairs that still needed to be done. Living on a limited budget is hard and he is willing to piece meal my repairs as money is available. Even though one of his worker called in sick he was still able to be the work done on time. He had to repair the power steering in my car and more was wrong with the car then I thought, he replaced what he could so it would steer better knowing that it is not totally fix. It does steer better but I will be happy when he can replace the rest of the parts that are breaking. Bottom line I would definitely recommend Auto Wrench to my friends.

Nick and the entire staff are always friendly and courteous. They are always willing to get me an appointment in a timely manner. That is hard to come by these days.
