I can't get there as much as I'd like, but when I do I definitely enjoy it. The boxing room is awesome for my son to train his MMA. I like the machines. The kids like to use the free weights for their training for football. It's very close to the school too so they can walk to the gym after school and meet me there which they love to do. It's great that they have all the newest exercise classes upstairs too. I highly recommend this gym.

Community minded owners offering a variety of work out space for all fitness levels. Power lifting in its own space, cardio equipment in its own space to yoga and group class space upstairs.

I'm just curious how much the charge for a membership here and do some weight lifting and exercise where's some sweet people and friends that are there that already have membership at this Fitness Center and I want to try to get back down to my weight 175 or 185 is what I want to weigh and have a better figure and on top of it and work out with some nice women

Great gym with excellent class instructors. The owners are utilizing a historical building in the village, putting the old foundry to good use.

A great fitness center for all your bodies fitness needs! Full gym, circuit, and tons of classes , including YOGA! Highly recommend!

One of the best gyms around . This gym has it all from atmosphere to equipment, plus space to do your thing

I would love to work out there but I don't know how much it cost and what the prices a month I would definitely love to get rid of this little belly I got and I can definitely enjoy a little exercise all the way around

Very clean and friendly place! I love how many classes they offer, they are open 24/7 and the art on the walls is beautiful and fun!
