Paul & Sons Pizza

A great Pizza, but consider carrying it out as dine-in space is limited!

We decided to order Paul & Sons pizza for the first time for dinner over the weekend. A bunch of local social media groups have extremely positive things to say about Paul & Sons so we had to give it a try. It did not disappoint.

We ordered 2 pizzas for carryout on a Saturday night around 8 pm. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a specialty tomato basil pizza.

Everybody has their own opinion on what they would consider the best pizza, and while I personally would likely not put Paul and Sons at the top of my personal favorite list, it is definitely going on the list as both pizzas were hot and delicious! The crust of these pizzas were more floppy than crispy, the sauce has a bit of tang to it and the crust had flavor, which is a huge positive over pizza joints that have crust that tastes like cardboard.

Overall we will certainly be ordering from Paul and Sons again and we will likely continue down the list of specialty pizzas!

Anything less than 5 stars would be a travesty. I waited outside their doors for 30 minutes until they opened, a decision rivaling the significance of marriage or children.

What can I say?

A slice of roasted pepper and a slice of roasted white garlic was a match made in heaven! The crust is crispy with the slightest char. It’s a gorgeous Saturday and the suns out, you’ve got a couple slices with a black cherry cola to wash it down. This may be the meaning of life if you ask me. Really though, the best slice outside of the city. Whether you’re local or from abroad stop by for some great food and great conversation!

3 simple ingredients... I was skeptical at first when I placed the order. But after opening the box, I couldn't resist finishing the entire pie solo. The sausage pizza is a must-try!

Great service. The pizza was perfect. They have a nice selection of toppings.

Absolutely best pizza in Binghamton no question, no competition, no debate, no controversy, no hot take, no DISRESPECT. Best pizza. Enough said. Ambiance--- old school new yawk. Service 10/10 truly this place brings me joy

I will say a minimalist pizza shop.. but the pizza makes up for the small space.. the best perfect crust!! I tried 4 different slices, and they all delivered great flavor and taste!!!! I will be back!!!!
Update... any time I am in the area this has become a must stop at and grab lunch... or even just a in-between meals...

Was craving pizza, but I am extremely particular. Don’t like your run-of-the-mill chain pizzas, etc

I found a few reviews for Paul and sons, and the pictures were quite compelling…… and it was everything that the reviews said, and more!!! They sell gourmet pizza whole & by the slice, as well as your basics, pepperoni and cheese. The pizza is in a word SPECTACULAR. The cheese pizza is thin, the crust crisp and the red sauce is rich with flavor and delicious with exactly the right amount of cheese. Today, along with the cheese pizza, I tried the sun-dried tomato, spinach, and ricotta pizza. The crust is slightly thicker to accommodate the lovely ingredients. Two slices and a cold drink is less than eight dollars!! I can’t say enough about Paul and sons pizza!! if you miss eating here, you’ve really missed it indeed!!!!

Seriously there’s no comparison. You can’t really order in. Limited hours. But so worth it. Old school vibes. Chef Paul is incredible. Try the arrabiata and ricotta and you’ll see what I mean. It’s a little spicy, but the ricotta delivers an amazing finish. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome pizza by the slice or full pie. These guys make the best pizza with high quality, fresh ingredients and creative pairings. It's hard to choose which one to try, but you'll never be disappointed.

I have been looking for a pizza place since Consels changed. Have been eating Consels for over 50 years.
This pizza is amazing. Largest pizza I have ever seen. The only place I am able to get oven roasted garlic. Most places I have asked don’t even know what it is.
You get what you pay for. Got the artichoke tomato and feta and spinach with oven roasted garlic. Very very good. It took a while, but finally found a new pizza place.

We just visited this place for our dinner during our Binghamton trip and the pizza dough was crispy and flavorful. I can taste that they use high quality ingredients.

Tasty pizza! Can't recommend enough of this place. They are excellent at what they do.

I’ve lived in the Binghamton area for 25 years. I’ve been everywhere for pizza in Endicott and Binghamton. We have never had pizza this good at anyplace you can mention. Honestly, I would prefer this pizza to the pies I ate in Rome and northern Italy. This is our family’s favorite place and we drive 15-20 minutes to get it. The ingredients are top notch quality and the pies are consistent week to week. Paul and his staff are very friendly and I’m always happy to drop in, pickup my food, and say hi. Make sure you plan on 60 minute wait from time of order to pickup because Paul is cranking out pies all Saturday night! I highly recommend this pizza over anything else you can get near Binghamton. Thanks Paul for all the great pizza and being my friend!

Not really a fan of NY style pizza but theirs is really good. Excellent amount of tasty toppings. I'll definitely be ordering here more often.

Absolutely phenomenal slices and pies. Chef Paul is super consistent and you're assured to get the same delicious experience every time you stop in. Their cheese pie is exceptional and the specialty pies are incredible. The roast pork sandwich is next level as well. Go to Paul & Sons!!!

So I myself am a very very picky pizza person…. I always look up reviews so I know what I’m getting. When I stumbled across this place I saw the reviews and just didn’t believe it could be “that” good. Well it is… lol it’s a damn good pizza place! The Buffalo sauce used on the Buffalo chicken is amazingggg and the celery on top is something I’ve never had before 💯💯 five out of five I will be back

I will never pass this establishment ever again without stopping. Arrabiata pie. Ricotta, plum tomatoes, and sesame seed. This is the greatest pie I’ve ever had. EVER.

Honestly by far the best pizza I've had in years! The sausage was outstanding! I'll definitely be back!
