Love the gym, very clean, and good machines, the people who work there are pretty nice, lots of amenities, great gym!
(can't stand the people who go there, though, but it's probably the same at all gyms. Guys who walk around in slow motion, swinging their arms, thinking everyone in the gym is looking at them, and they are the best thing that ever happened to this world, and women who are so aloof(or maybe scared to look at the men, except when they think no one else is looking, lol), that it makes it a very unfriendly, annoying atmosphere). Love the gym itself though. 5 stars.

We stopped here for a massage chair and shower…… as a break, from a long road trip.

He was so kind, polite, and understanding of our desire to “pamper not punish “ ourselves today!!!

Glenwood Ave Planet fitness center is a very friendly place with wonderful people. Nice atmosphere, well maintained machines, responsive staff and many more qualities. Inexpensive membership cost, affordable for students.

This Planet Fitness is busy with a majority young college crowd. As busy as it was, still plenty of machines available and the gym patrons were respectful not hogging up any of the machines.

Machines were clean and we're in good working condition.

Planet Fitness has a great exercise atmosphere no matter what time during the day. The weight selection is good, the members are friendly, and the staff help you if you need it. It is right across from the Price Chopper making it very convenient.

From price to facilities and staffs, everything is perfect. Staff is friendly and quick response to customer requests. I adore all of their employees especially the girl named Ala, is amazing & been helpful so many times.

Extremely clean gym! Employees are always there to make sure planet fitness is in tip-top shape! The manager, Matthew Stanton is very knowledgeable as he answered a couple of my questions and Matthew is there to make the customer experience a good one! Love this gym!

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for over seven years across three states. This is by far the best Planet Fitness I have been to. The gym is clean and there are a plethora of weights and cardio machines. Staff is definitely the best part - everyone is so friendly, helpful, and remembers your name. Whoever is managing this gym is doing an impeccable job with hiring and operations. Five stars!

It was my first visit to this Planet Fitness. The staff was friendly. The gym was very clean and cleaning stations all stocked with supplies. Machines are all newer and there’s a great variety to get a great workout in! 5 stars!

When it comes down to it what really makes a gym successful? The staff! They have been amazing at this location since I started coming here in July 2023.

The Regional Manager Matt and his team at this location have been friendly, courteous, and always available to answer questions or concerns.

I recently had the opportunity to submit a survey via a Planet Fitness email I received, where I expressed how great the staff is and, as well, pointed out a concern. Matt immediately addressed it and even spoke with me about it the next time he saw me in the fitness club! Seriously stellar commitment to customers!!!

This location is my favorite planet fitness. Staff is solid, other members are solid. All around good stuff.

I am from Canada. I came to visit my family and thought should try out this gym. The equipment is amazing. Lets you keep track of your rep and rest time. Matt is such a gentleman he guided me free day pass. Highly recommend this gym.

I have been a fan of PF for years, there's ample space so you don't feel scrunched up. The 30 min workout area is ideal for a quick workout. The massage areas are nice and relaxing, the only thing I wish y'all had was a punching bag/kickboxing option. other than that y'all Rule.
