Binghamton City Hall

It's Saturday, August 13th, and must be the hottest day of the year. MacArthur Park small pool is locked, with
no lifeguard, and appears to be closed. Why? The hours are listed on your webpage as 12:30 - 7:45. We sure were looking forward to a dip!

I can see why the police and city officials would come here to work every day. It's making a lot of sense now.

Everyone in administration at Binghamton City Hall has always been very courteous. Mayor Rich David has an excellent team working for him.

Because security was respectful, the 2nd floor where I had to go for the NYSEG hearing was clean, I liked the vaulted ceilings, there were toilets in the same floor if he hearing. There were outlets to plug in portable devices example I was able to print my letter to give the Public Service Commission after I spoke. There is a wall dividing the seating area and one could go behind the wall and hav a quiet discussion about their pending cause editing the final touches of their presentation. I really had a good experience. However, about the hearing with NYSEG and the PSC NYSEG was not prepared to answer questions and that was disrespectful. Gave one the idea that they know the PSC would give the what they want as usual
