I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation that I have for this hospital. My daughter was here 2 years ago from 1month old to 3 months old. My daughter was on the verge of dying due to heart failure and the cardiothoracic surgery team never gave up on her. They were by her side through it all and made sure she had the best care! Especially doctor Kelly and doctor Peshkovsky who I still deal with until now. These people quite literally save my daughter’s life and for that this will always be my top favorite. I witnessed the care some of the Nicu babies got as well and they are just incredible. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!!!!

This review is for labor and delivery and then maternity section. Upon arrival I was having contractions... immediately the lady at the front desk (I was in so much pain I didn't get her name) brought us upstairs to labor and delivery. They took me into the first available room and began monitoring me right away. My labor nurse Elina was no less than amazing. She took care of me through the whole process. I begged for the epidural and she kept me calm assuring me it would come. My husband was with me the whole time and they had him informed every step. When they took me into the labor room my doctor, Dr.Zalinyan, was there for a scheduled procedure and when she was done stayed to be there for my labor. THANK GOD! She is truly amazing. I was rushed into a csection and my doctor every so calmly explained, through my panic attack, what needed to happen. If it wasn't for her I don't know what would have happened but she made sure my baby and I were safe the whole entire way. The entire team was amazing. I wish I could have gotten everyone's name but since it was emergency the anesthesiologist held my hand through the first part until my husband was allowed in the room. When they wheeled me to the maternity section I couldn't have asked for a better team of nurses. Thank you all so so so much. I made sure to mention all of you when they asked me about my experience. They made sure I was safe and that my baby, husband and I had everything we needed. I felt I was in amazing hands even through my panic. Thank you!

This was the best hospital that ever been in the service was phenomenal all the nurses Assistant nurses Excellent care giver a Doctor everybody was just so phenomenal. ICU nurses phenomenal. The therapist excellent. I would recommend this hospital to anyone if you need to go to the hospital this is the best place to go you're going to get good service.Doctor M Granata DPM and all his nurses was Phenomenal

I saw a couple of very bad reviews before coming here and felt nervous of coming here at first. But my experience over here went surprisingly well! My son had a pulpotomy,a couple of crowns,and a couple of fillings. My little guy is autistic so he fears the sound of suctioning and drilling. Everyone was so friendly and professional. This place had awesome service for us!

Dr Saeed qaisra this Dr is my favorite!!! Because when I had my heart attacks I had someone else taking care of me and that Dr was a waste of my time!!! I'm so blessed to have Dr Saeed qaisra taking great care of me it's because of Dr Saeed qaisra why I'm still alive she's a great Dr I highly recommend for people to go and see Dr Saeed qaisra if you have any heart disease problems she's great and her staff!!!!!

I was admitted to this hospital just recently and they treated me like a queen. The nurses and GYN doctors are amazing. Even in the ER they were very diligent. Thank you guys 🙏

5 stars. If you are pleasant and treat these workers with respect they will be helpful and courteous. The Doctors. Surgeons, and nursing staff by far ione of the best i have witnessed. Security is rough around the edges because they have to be. Triage and emergency room can be improved but they are always hectic so some consideration. Should be given. Thank you to everyone at the hospital.

The cardiac rehab I received was very helpful, and the therapists were great with me. So much so,I would bring them different treats from my culture.

was wonderful listen to what I say n both understands if I need something they will go grab I need for my daughter even tho I am deaf they always bring sign language interpreter screen. They always care my daughter doin so well.

I love this ER. The young men and women who work here are so nice. For an ER it is very clean. Bathrooms clean. Staff is super nice especially the late night crew. I been to another hospital university it was called look nice on the outside but the inside was dirty. The nurses were rude. I love Beth Isreal. I take my kids here for all his tests and specialist. We are always called on time.

I have been a patient at the Chivian dental part of the hospital for quite a few years now and I remember when I first started my journey with fixing my teeth and being on Medicaid, I couldn’t find where to go or enough information to feel comfortable at all trying to start getting help, but let me tell you, my life had changed because of the work they’ve done and the help they’ve given me. If anyone is scared by the idea of having young doctors gaining experience, please don’t. I wouldn’t trust going anywhere else and recommend them to any of my family and friends. Shout out to Dr S, and the previous 4 lol. Of course anyone can have problems anywhere and over the years, all the extensive work and many appointments, I only had one issue with one person- a conceited SEASONED oral surgeon “with 30 years experience” who thankfully is not the only surgeon there and tbh I haven’t even seen her so.. good riddance hopefully lol. No exaggeration when I say that every single other person from the front desk, to the aids, to the dentists are there to help. Both for regular appointments and emergency. I’ve not gone longer than three months between visits in at least three years and have had appointments on a weekly basis for months at a time (just to put into perspective how often I’ve been there lol). From cleanings to extractions, root canals, dentures, and now implants.. not once have I been worried about the level of care I’ll receive. Beyond the dental unit, my mother in law was a patient with the transplant team and they were all very kind AND very transparent when she had her consultation for a lung transplant. Unfortunately it never went further but that was through no fault of theirs. I just thought I’d share my experiences here as I feel most people tend to be vocal moreso when they’ve had bad experiences and not so many people share the good.. but there is good here.

I was attended promptly when I arrived at the emergency room and the care of the doctors and nurses was wonderful. Everyone was very careful and kind.

The staff at Newark Beth Israel are the best in New Jersey. They’re knowledgable, compassionate, and caring. They were there for my loved one when he needed them the most. They provided my loved one with outstanding care and I highly recommend them to anyone. I want to give a special thank you to the CCU staff for their wonderful care and kindness. The nurses and physicians at Newark Beth Israel are excellent and my family and I are eternally grateful for you all!! A++ through and through. Thank you for your outstanding care!

My daughter had a tonsillectomy about 12 days ago. Unfortunately this morning she had some bleeding. Per her surgeon’s recommendation, I took her to Beth’s pediatric ER dept. I was a bit lost since I came in, thru the main entrance. Once I made it to pediatrics, the first person I saw was a nurse named Chris. I asked him where can I register my daughter and with no hesitation, he found someone to register my daughter and walked us to a room. The whole overnight staff were so helpful and nice. The doctor was also so good with my daughter. I really can’t thank them enough!

As a first time mom and coming in as a transfer as I faced so many rejections from other Physicians Newark Beth Israel has made scheduling an appointment easy for the women’s health clinic. Not to mention on Friday i scheduled a tour for the labor and delivery unit and the tour made me feel like this is the Best decision also I’m considered high risk due to Lupus. The most difficult part of my pregnancy is women of color tend to be ignored and rejected I didn’t give up my transfer from valley medical center to Newark Beth Israel is the right decision I feel. I have my first prenatal appt coming up this month and couldn’t be more excited and also my health and my baby is very important. Not to mention the hospital is a children’s hospital which makes me feel more at ease. Brittany was very nice to my mother and I as we tour the rooms and different units the nurses are even more wonderful. This is where I want to be.

Is a good hospital for a have a new born baby I recommend the personal is really good a the nurses. Are the best

I had a Laparoscopic Appendectomy Dr Clarke,the rest of the surgery team along with the other doctors and nurses were beyond amazing.
They took great care of me when I needed the most.
Security officers were friendly and helpful too.
Nothing but praise and respect to the staff of this hospital from the janitor to the surgeon.

My mother in-law had an appointment and everyone was so organized and AMAZING!
I was walking and was lost and a random woman ( looked like an administrator) was by the elevator and asked me if I needed help. She passed on the elevator to walk me where I needed to go. Nikki in scheduling was great! They all have a sense of work ethic that you don’t see anymore anywhere and it’s not “fake”like you see in these other hospitals where the staff is lazy but nice. Although we didn’t experience an actual hospital stay, I feel confident that her upcoming stay will be a wonderful experience. They really know what they are doing. From dining to Valet to Security,—everyone is on point. Love it! Oh and by the way I am a Nurse.

We have been followed at NBIMC since we found my wife was pregnant with twins and was a high risk pregnancy. We probably did 10 ultrasounds or so and had numerous consultations with high risk doctors. My wife started labor at 31 weeks and was in labor for 5 days(!!). She delivered our babies, they had to go to NICU and thankfully they are healthy and everything is going well. I cannot tell you how happy I am for choosing this Hospital an thank everyone that crossed our paths so far in this hospital. I mean everyone! Super nice, knowledgeable and patient staff is what you’re going to find at this hospital. We definitely recommend!
