Metro Mattress Albany

My husband and I planned on going to several furniture stores and mattress stores before deciding on two new mattresses. We happened to go to Metro Mattress on Wolf Rd Albany first. We had bought from Metro Mattress on Central Ave and in Syracuse before. We were greeted by Paula who took her time to explain each mattress we tried. She was patient and not at all pushy. She tried to find the best fit at the best price for us. We felt confident enough to not go to any further stores. We bought the two mattresses, pillows, mattress pads and even added the adjustable bases! We have not yet received them in our home due to painting being done. We do have the option to exchange the mattresses if they don’t work out for us. We definitely recommend Paula.

I bought a Chadham and Wells mattress from Cherie in Amsterdam NY 2 years ago...I LOVE THIS MATTERESS AS MUCH AS I DID FROM DAY ONE CHERIE! I see the store in Amsterdam closed. So I called the one in Colony and spoke to Paula...soooo nice she was...I told her how much we loved this product...seriously the best mattress ever! No chemicals, no sagging, no bunching....
The bed is just as comfortable and snuggly to your whole body as ever...We sleep so good on this mattress! Just thought I'd give a shout out to thank you Metro Mattress again for offering this mattress...2 years later and LOVE THIS BED!

Needed to buy mattress for mom going into assisted living. The staff there listened to me and didn’t try to sell me. They were looking to meet my needs and they did. Will be buying mattress mattresses for myself and they will be the first stop!! Excellent customer service which is a lost art these days….

The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They had a wide variety of mattresses and prices. I purchased a set and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

This sales interaction — our first with MetroMattress — was pleasant and productive. Over the course of two (2) visits, once by myself and again with my husband, I was given a thorough review of adjustable beds and appurtenances (mattresses, sheets, pillows etc.) about which I previously knew very little. The salespeople, Ben and Paula, were expert in the subject, and conveyed the sometimes overwhelming details with clarity and patience. When we returned for the second visit (and actual purchase of the bed), Ben had thoroughly briefed Paula. This made the experience seamless and easy. I felt we could make an informed choice about an expensive but important improvement to the household and to our our health.

When shopping for a new mattress we decided we were going to check multiple places to insure a good quality mattress at a good price. Well, we went to Metro Mattress 1st and never looked further. We were greeted by Andrew when we 1st arrived, who said he was actually on loan from another location. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, not pushy at all, and covered all our concerns in an unhurried manner. After trying out quite a few mattresses we ended up with exactly what we wanted as well as a splurge on an adjustable bed frame. The delivery occurred the next day, we've been sleeping on the new bed for about a week now and truthfully, it really has made a difference in our quality of sleep. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.

William was very helpful with his explanation of the difference in mattresses. He made the trying out/buying process very easy. This is the second mattress we've bought from Metro & have been very pleased.
