Greeted at the entrance and asked "are you looking for anything specific today" then was directed to the right area, to be helped further by a specialist in that section. Knowledgeable staff and very kind. Even though I didn't make a purchase (didn't have a product with the features I wanted for the price) I felt comfortable in the store and would have minded making a purchase.

Went to buy a TV today and I was being helped by Tom, his knowledge of TV’s, surround sounds and everything in between was incredible! His service was amazing! It’s so hard to get good service in these big box stores. But, Tom made the experience very good and I’ll be going back to him.

If you have any questions, and concerns she is amazing. I went in to get ox for my husband and she was so helpful and doesn’t judge because I had no idea on what I was looking for and I was scared to judge but not with her!!!

Then two days after I went back and brought a keyboard and mouse for the pc and she was helpful too. I didn’t want anyone else to help me beside her!!!!

I Went to look for a Bose sound system first associate said it was out of stock. (Online showed 1 on hand) Second associate Isaias went above and beyond to find the item. He told me to wait a few minutes and successfully came back with the sound speaker and made it available for me to purchase. I really needed this item for work as Im a driver and constantly on the road. I’m very grateful that Isaias took the time to explain and go over the product specs and he was very knowledgeable to all my questions. Will definitely be shopping at this location more often since the staff is always pleasant and makes shopping a breeze.

This Union Best Buy is always well organized and stocked. I like to come here while my gets serviced to kill some time and end up purchasing something just about every time. Their displays are well thought out and eye catching. Their customer service team is on point!

This is a beautiful old theater where I have seen many concerts. They have recently added on and updated the theater, making it nicer. Parking can be difficult, so get there early to avoid a long walk.

The customer rep I had at Best Buy was so helpful, that I was in and out of the store in no time. They sell everything from Speakers to Washer/Dryers.

WOW I AM SHOCKED I bought a Chromebook online and I never tried Chromebook’s and decided to give it a go seems like chromebooks are not my type so I bought it in today and The Customer Service Associate Danny help me return my Chromebook laptop in a flash once he returned it to me he helped me find the right windows 11 laptop with touchscreen he talks to me like if I were his friend and tells me what computer was best for me shout-out to you Danny thank you

Walked in to geek squad for help with my damaged surface pro in the middle of the work day with no appointment which obviously isnt ideal not to have an appt, but Jimmy at geek squad was extremely helpful. Worked with me and gave me multiple options to choose from.

Lively place with a large variety of electronics. Prices are good. Check out for the open boxes for good deals.

Needed to buy some SD cards and was able to enter , ask a sales clerk for help, was pointed in the right direction and they had a decent selection of cards which is not common in these days of supply chain issues. I paid quickly and was on my way. Great service

We bought a freezer here during black friday and they helped us very quickly. Just ask and they will definitely check and help if they have the item.

A much more pleasant experience than I anticipated. Urbain helped me accomplish everything I needed with such efficiency. What seemed like a huge task to me going in was made easy. He was so helpful and pleasant. Can't wait for my new TV. I even had extra time añd bought more stuff on my way out. A very good experience.

Best Buy wowww definitely 10 stars. Are you looking for electronics, video games, consoles, computer systems, vacuum and more; ohhh yea this is your place. Nothing better than Best Buy I just can’t complain about it. The best place to buy anything that your home needs to cover your necessities.

After 30 minutes of wandering aroundwhat I needed but this location did not have as many BB workers on the floor to assist as other locations in the past.

Great customer service Geek squad tech Ryan extremely patient he basically ran the entire department very impressed with his customer service and professionalism he assisted one person to the next solving problems-also a great experience with the printer department, manager and the young lady from Westside high who return a couple of printers-unfortunately they didn’t have the one I needed. Great team work.
