With her knowledge she found me a vape that i have now consistently have purchased for months now. I don't go anywhere else! Worth the drive and the time. I walked in with little knowledge about this form of smoking and all of the options there are. I walked out feeling very educated and comfortable with my first vaping purchase. Brandon was awesome and answered all of my questions with clear answers and great patience. Brandon, Theo, and Keith treated me like I was a regular. Unbelievable customer care was provided! Great pricing and choices too! Look forward to going back, trying different flavor options, and becoming that regular that they made me feel like tonight.

I bought a vape a little over a week ago. I was having some issues with it, and called and spoke to Brandon. He was incredibly helpful and quickly helped me troubleshoot my issue. When I continued to have the problem I went in and saw Brandon. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to help me really understand the model I bought, and the best way to use it (as the problem was definitely operator error). He also gave me tons of information on the different liquids available in the store.
Highly recommend this shop. They have everything you might need for vaping, and the staff is obviously very well educated on all of their products!

Super friendly and helpful! I’m from out of town and needed a coil for my vape. I got a new mod before leaving NJ but didn’t think to get extra coils. So of course I had no clue what could it took, he was patient and even recommended I call my shop back home which hadn’t even occurred to me! They had a good selection of juices. This will definitely be my go to when we come up to visit. Also before going I checked reviews and appreciated that the owner took time to respond to all the comments. Shows they appreciate and value their customers and their experience.

In my eyes this is the ONLY vape shop to go to! I am very fortunate to have a Good Guy Vapes right in my town. I had such a easy, attentive, and fulfilling experience last night. I have been to many different vapour shops and nothing compares to good guy vapes. I am SUPER picky on my juices and I have found a new juice that I love! My friend told us about good guy vapes because I was in a pinch for juice and I am totally glad he did. Their prices are awesome! I just wish I found them sooner because I wouldn't have spent an arm and a leg at other places getting stuff that I don't even use. Theo who works there is really awesome! He helped me go through my new mod step by step and was extremely patient!!! When another customer came in he excused himself politely to help them real quick and come back to us. He was very very knowledgeable on all the products and made great recommendations. Good guy Vapes should be very pleased they have such a wonderful employee. Plus their selection of stuff is out of this league. They are the Louis Vuitton of Vape Shops without the steep prices. I am not joking. I know this is a super long review, I am just in awe, excited and really really happy I found this place that I want to tell everyone!!!!

Just went here for the first time, Im new to vaping and the customer service was on point. I had gotten a vape from else where and couldn't figure out how to use it because it kept burning my tongue. Went into this shop for some advice and Wendy had it working the next second. She had never used this exact device, but managed to fix it. Also explained how to set up a new coil, and the different oil brands out there. Wendy really went out of her way to give great service even when I didn't know anything. The other two other guys at the shop, Theo and Stefano were chatting with us as well, and giving us all shorts of advice at first they were mostly talking to my boyfriend while I dealt with my issue. We were in there for a good hour learning about all the products and getting the best customer service I have seen in awhile. Hands down would drive to this location 45 minutes away every time to get this kind of service. There is one closer to me, and will be going back every time I need something! Thank you for creating such a welcoming and inviting place. Thank you for also getting my vape working so it can actually be enjoyable!!!!

I started vaping a few years back to quit smoking cigarettes . In this time I've been to quite a few vape shop. I'd say at least 15 . I've come to realize that all vape shops are basically the same .some carry more things than others and some places are cheaper then others . What really makes the difference is the employees that work at them . I've been going to good guy Vapes in hopatcong since the first day it opened . The prices are the best around and the service is outstanding . Today is a sad day for my wife and I we absolutely love stephano and we found out his last day at this location is tomorrow . Stephano takes the time to remember each coustomers name and he truly cares about your experience .I have been very impressed with your coustomer service . He takes the time to remember what flavors you like so when you are wanting to change up your juice you can truly trust his opinion for your taste .this store gets 5 stars because of stephano alone. He goes above and beyond to solve any problems you are having. I've never met a person who takes such pride in what they do. So I would like to say thank you for all of your help and your expertise will be missed .

This is a fantastic vape shop, i was so thrilled to see them open in hopatcong. The staff are fantastic and so incredibly helpful, especially Stefano. I have watched the staff help many other new vapers with starter kits. This support and help is crucial to supporting people making a switch from smoking. The prices are very competitive for a brick and mortar store and as good if not better then online prices. They have a balanced selection of products for the new vapor to the hobbyist. Their juice selection is extensive. Their buyer loyalty program is one of the best I have seen. I am so thankful to have them in hopatcong
