Absolutely LOVE this store! They have all the latest fashions and some of the cutest clothing and jewelry. Staff is always super friendly, helpful and very accommodating! I always go to Francesca's when I'm looking for something special or just looking for something cute and different.

Two stars because 1. previous experiences have been good and 2. they do have a nice collection of items.

Today, in this location, I was trying to get attention for assistance for quite a while, but the employees were more interested in taking photos of each other behind the counter. I noticed others who went un-helped, as well. I did not purchase anything, at this store, today.

I’ve always loved this store but the customer service at this location is horrible. The same woman is always in the store and every single time I’m in there I get no greeting and basically ignored the entire time when I see her greeting other people and asking them if they need help with anything. Idk I just find that extremely rude as a person who works in retail I never single out anyone and ignore them. Sorry if I don’t look rich enough to be in your store.

Literally writing this as I stand in line, behind 2 women returning multiple garments. There are 2 employees working, and the one not helping these people is wandering around behind the counter, eating, watching what the other is doing every now and again. I had to say “excuse me, Miss” after a solid 5 minutes of just watching her wander around. Absolutely horrible. Just trying to pick up an online order, the last order I purchase from this location. I can understand being new and not knowing what to do, but at least acknowledge a customer standing here. ✌🏻
