Ponti's Petals

Yesterday was my first time visiting Ponti's, it was my anniversary and I was running out of time as I noticed they close at 5:30. I reached out to Karen and told her I would be there in less than 10 min as it was 5:18 at the time. By the time I got there she had an amazing bouquet put together, I didn't leave until after the closing time and she was more than happy to give her services. My wife loves the flowers and I will forever be a Ponti's customer. Thank you so much Ponti's Petals!

I ordered a last minute arrangement for my sister and the owner was very accommodating, listened to what I was looking for and made a beautiful arrangement! There were issues with the delivery but they were patient with me and managed to deliver it after contacting the recipient. Will definitely use them again for any of my arrangement needs :)

I used Pontis Petals for my wedding in July 2023, and i couldn’t be happier with how my flowers turned out! The owner is very friendly and will work with you. I would deff recommend them for your flower needs!

Kathy, the owner of Ponti's Petals prepared a wonderful last minute Rose presentation spread for me. I needed the flowers on a Sunday, a day in which the shop was closed however she made it work! She went above and beyond! I would definitely use Ponti's Petals again in the future.

I personally don't care too much for flowers nor do I know anything about flowers, however when I am in need, Kathy and her daughter are extremely helpful and patient with me. They provide quality and caring customer service. I highly recommend

We were a walk in looking for help. She was busy and took the time and helped us plan the best wedding arguments. Helped us avoid pitfalls and first time mistakes.

Got to their lovely store a half hour before closing on a Saturday to order arrangements for my father-in-law's funeral. Karen worked with us and was very acommodating. We ordered 4 pieces and they were all absolutely beautiful, received lots of compliments on them. Another plus was that the prices were better than multiple on-line options I looked at. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. This will be our new go-to florist.

Stopped by on my way to a friend’s housewarming and expressed wanting a bouquet of bright and welcoming flowers and Karen did a wonderful job arranging a beautiful bouquet in a short amount of time!

I used Ponti’s Petals for my daughter’s bridal shower that took place yesterday. Everything about the experience was wonderful!! The floral centerpieces that were delivered to the venue far exceeded my expectations. They were absolutely beautiful!! I received so many compliments about the flowers from the guests at the shower. Karen did a fantastic job in her Mother's absence. She made a beautiful casket top arrangement with white roses, a basket of plants, as well as an individual arrangement, more beautiful than requested. Thank you for your special individualized service during our sorrowful time. I recommend this florist!

I always prefer calling local florists hoping to get personalized service rather than going through FTD or other nationwide services… and my call to Ponti’s Petals did not disappoint. The owner Kathy answered and was very attentive to my concerns sending flowers to someone from a foreign culture. She even called me after hours to follow-up on my decision, which was pending. Kathy is very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very well serviced at Ponti’s Petals!

Ponti’s Petals is the best Florist in the area. The designer/owner is extremely talented, professional and compassionate. I have pre-ordered flowers and purchased flowers in person for multiple occasions, including Valentines Day during the rush, and have ALWAYS received exemplary service. The flowers are ALWAYS beautiful and last a long time. Very high quality. I have referred many friends and family for all different occasions (weddings, funerals, proms, corporate parties, reunions, showers, etc) and they deliver beautiful work and professional services EVERY SINGLE TIME. I will continue to recommend this florist and will never use anyone else!!! Well done Ponti’s Petals!!!

Very talented designers. Beautiful work and professional. I have referred many people to them for weddings, funerals, corporate functions, parties and never disappoint. The work is breathtaking and always better than any other flowers I have ever seen.

I saw someone else commented that the girl on the phone was yelling and it seemed like she did not want to work. She actually is hearing impaired and has a special phone so that she can hear the customers. She always does her best to help the customer. A little bit of kindness and patience goes a long way and it’s a 2 way street. She is one of the designers and she is Uber talented, super nice and an extremely hard worker. I highly doubt she was rude.

I just want to add also that Valentine’s Day is extremely hectic and stressful. They are a small shop and only have two designers but they still do an outstanding job.

I recently ordered flowers for my father inlaw’s funeral. Karen was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made it so easy for me. The flowers looked so beautiful! Highly recommend.

The people who work here are very attentive and sweet. I’ve used them for almost every occasion, and they never disappoint. I love being able to support my local stores, especially when I can expect top tier costumer service every time!! Not to mention the quality of the flowers is definitely some of the best.

The flowers we orderd for my Fathers funeral were exceptionally beautiful. I ased for colorfull vibrant colors and all the pieces were far more than we expected. Our family found them to be compassionate and understanding. They even suggested
we put a banner on the casket cover saying beloved Father. Great place to go when in need.

I had to order flowers on very short notice for a loved one's funeral. The florist took my order, and was very helpful. The flowers turned out phenomenal and so beautiful. I highly recommend this place.
