Experience was over the top. Dominique did an amazing job! She was super patient when it came to getting the right sizes I needed and informative with information that I was unsure of. I came in looking for something and left with exactly what I needed. Also buy the socks there, they are super comfy!! Will come again!!

Teresa at the Rockaway Mall Journeys is amazing!!! I came in looking for a pair of the Nightmare Before Christmas Jack and Sally slip-ons to wear for my Halloween wedding. She didn't have my size, so we left, but she found them for me at JourneysKids and actually ran through the mall to find my fiance and I to tell me she found them and bring us to the store. Amazing customer service and such a sweet gesture! Can't wait to wear the shoes on my wedding day 😍

Really glad to give these people my business when the short employee with a bad attitude wasn’t trusting enough and told me to put the shoes I was going to buy on the counter while I looked around. Transaction was around 3pm on Sunday march 12th. We ended up spending money on two pairs of shoes and a shirt, with an attitude like that she will lose a lot of business.
