I rented a U-haul van from here and had an excellent experience!! I made a reservation online and checked in with them directly. The owner of this place helped me and he was really kind and nice. He gave me all the explanations about the rental price, how it would be calculated, return process and etc. The U-haul van itself was really clean and in a great condition. I will rent the van again from this place and highly recommend whoever needs U-haul!

I rented a Uhaul van from whom I believe is the owner of this place. He was very friendly and accommodating. The rental experience was simple and straight forward. I reserved online and came here to pick it up. I dropped it off before close of business and he was there to help me out. I’d recommend renting uhauls from this location.

Terrible service i would give 0 stars if i could. These people have no idea what they are doing. I rented a u Haul with them and they did not know what was left from right even tough I did the pre-registration online and added another driver, requested a hand truck (which they didn't have available) i still had to wait close to 1 hour just so they could figure out how i could take the rental, they had to call a u Haul DM to walk them through the entire process. I also just recently looked into my account and they are now trying to overcharge me for a transaction that i already paid for and have been trying to call them for the last day and no answer, which make me wonder what type of business this is. On another note the person that wrote a review saying "great service" is actually the "Manager". Talk about shady business, i definitely DO NOT recommend this place take your hard earn money elsewhere.
