Recently, I had a bathroom leak; my toilet overflowed and flooded my foyer and basement. I called ServePro and within an hour, they sent over Paul to investigate. Not only did he remediate the water issue, he also explained I was missing insulation in part of my crawlspace and was able to politely and professionally explain the benefits of having it added. I always find value in companies that have knowledgeable employees and he even stopped by a couple of times after the remediation to monitor potential mold and put my mind at ease. My home experienced a drain backup, which resulted in the flooding of my basement. Luckily, SERVPRO of Manahawkin responded to my call immediately and sent a crew out the next day. They had to remove all of my carpets and repair some of my walls, but they were very efficient during this unfortunate event. Soon enough my basement was usable again and I could not to be more grateful. The crew was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable welcoming them into my home. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs to their home.

After buying a new home, we realized that the attic had critters and needed to be fully emptied so we could seal up the entryways. The attic is one of those that you have to crouch in to move around, so it was a very difficult job for us to tackle. We hired Servpro to take on the task and we don't regret that one bit! Darren spent the day up there and removed every last piece of blown in and rolled insulation. He left the space completely clean and ready for us to take our next steps. For the second time I had to use the service of Servpro. I just moved in to my new house and not even a day in we had a water line burst. I was devastated! Having used Servpro in the past I knew who to call. They sent over a crew and started drying us out. It's all over now and I'm ready to finally settle in to our new home. I am truly grateful.
