The team at this location is the best. Shavon, Chris, and Kayla are always kind, respectful, super helpful and very efficient. Their processes are standardized and I’m always in my car within less than 10 minutes. We’re lucky to have this local place in Jersey City.

I’ve rented at many locations, and have to say this is hands down the best place in NJ, and even comparing to Newark Airport. It doesn’t have the number of fleet at the airport, but the level of service here is on another level. All the agents took good care of the car, go above and beyond to meet specific needs (child chair, accessible seat, upgrades) - attention that I found non-existence around Jersey City area.

Rent here and stay away from Hertz. Avis is so-so, and definitely not Getaround.

The best rental office I've ever used. The booking made online was fully respected with all the details. I'd definitely use this office again.

Friendly and cooperative staff. Especially the branch manager- Shavon. She is really concerned about her customers and will make sure to provide best experience. The address mentioned on the google maps is the office location. To return cars, proceed towards the back of the building on 8th level of the Garage parking lot. Use the PrePaid Parking Receipt provided by the staff at the time of rental. Scan barcodes on both the side of tickets. DONT PAY FOR PARKING, YOU WONT GET REFUND.

Really friendly staff. Easy to get to. Little tricky returning the car because I couldn’t find an easy way to access the parking garage. Went through the BJ’s parking lot to find an easy way in. I’d recommend posting some signs for returning National customers. Other than that, thumbs up.

After going to different car rental companies in NJ areas only Julian of National made our 7days trip to NY, Niagara Falls and Washington DC successful. He save me with all the troubles. Julian is awesome, friendly, pleasant, and considerate with our needs. And shout out also to Rebecca! This is a rental place you definitely want to go located in 110 1st St

Great rates, great cars, smooth checkin and out. To the review who said he had trouble returning his car, you weren't listening. They literally say "remember the spot number you leave, you'll return it right there." Staff were great, too. 5/5, will be back.

I am a long time National loyal customer. Was thrilled to hear they had moved to downtown Jersey City.

Very convenient location. Love the new office.
They still do not have come-pick-go system. You have to talk to the agent which sucks..

At most other National, I get free upgrades. I dont have to haggle much. But at Jersey City National, if you want to rent a compact size, they will try to get you the smallest cat possible. Why?? Haggling didn't work. They need a new agent at the location.

With BJ coupon on the web, you can rent 3 days for 100 bucks.

My favorite rental place in Jersey City. Staff is friendly, accommodating and always quick with their service. The cars are decently clean and well maintained.

The young lady at the counter was extremely polite and knew what she was doing. I would absolutely recommend this downtown location.

The JC National office has a decent selection of cars for an off airport location. The staff is courteous as well. Plus National has a great rewards program!

Located in The One apartment building. Car returns are in the buildings garage and tricky to get to. Need to come from the east on the north side of the building.

Are u guys aware of the expiration date extention on drivers license do to covid ?mine expired in May can I still rent from you guys ?
