We've been with this Allstate agent for many years, and thankfully this is our first claim. My husband collided with a deer on his way to work early one morning a week or so ago. I called Marc Ambrose's office right away and the girl who took the call was really nice and got things started immediately. The next day the towing company was dispatched and the car was taken to a local repair shop, which we were able to choose.
Since then things have been taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner.
