My daughter and I were recently involved an accident and thankfully there were no major injuries. I wanted to thank Deb for all of her help and kindness throughout the whole process. More people should be as personable and knowledgeable as she was. Everyone in that office are friendly and respectful. They are an awesome crew! It’s about time that I explain the multiple experiences I had with this office. Everyone I speak to treats with with dignity and respect. This is the office that has the home town vibe. I had a an experience a while back that was so stressful . I will never forget Carlos himself went to my home and made sure everything was being done. That’s when I knew this office knows how to keep a customers business. I wish I remembered the names of everyone I spoke to on the phone when I have questions, or just to pay a bill. One name does stand out to me Debbie. She is a sweetheart , takes the time to ensure your concern is addressed and speaks to you as if you were friends for decades. I won’t go anywhere where else for my insurance needs I found my needle in a haystack.

I’ve worked with This office since 2006. I can say that This office is really so wonderful. The office staff is always so helpful. I have auto pay each month. When for some reason my payment is not received they Call Me with a heads up so I don’t miss a payment. I love this office. I’ve been a patron with State Farm for many years-in other states and other locations. I’ve not had personal service like this! Try them out.They really are like a good neighbor, their office is walking distance from my house!

I have been a customer with State Farm since 2007. I have always had great customer service experience. I am treated as a family member, not as a client or a number, which is why I'm staying with them for life. My state farm is absolutely incredible. My car was damaged by a hit and run and the process of getting it fixed has been as easy and pain-free as possible. Our agent was so upbeat and got everything lined up to take my car in within a couple of hours--I think I was slower than the insurance company was! It made me so grateful for our agent and insurance company. They are the best. Thank you again Stephanie!

I worked with Deborah Kloss to set up my first-time renter's insurance policy. She walked me through all my options, answered any questions I had thoroughly and was quick in her responses. She made suggestions on which policy she felt would work for me best and went out of her way to draft several different options for me. Debbie is an excellent agent to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Insurance isn't a fun topic but State Farm has been an excellent company to work with.

Fast & courteous service, I dealt with Mr. Rafael Fernandez, he is very friendly and professional, as are the rest of the staff at this office. I Reccomend them highly.

I've been a customer with this office for over 10 years now. As cliché as it may sound this office, especially my personal agent Deb K, have always been there for me like a "neighbor". I brag to just about everyone that she's my second mom. These other reviews may have had a terrible experience recently because of new staff or whatever the case may be, but never once in 10 years have I EVER been disappointed in their customer service. I would recommend this office any day of the week. Thank you all for continuing to be there for me when I need you most!

Five stars for Deb Kloss!! Love love love her. I have never had someone so helpful at an insurance company. She is always so pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions or resolve an issue. So easy to talk to and I feel like I’ve known her forever. Great office. Felt very welcomed and really appreciated their costumer service. Employees are professional and kind. I’ve had nothing but great interactions with the staff. Whenever an issue arises, they’re quick to help me in a kind and professional manner. I was helped out by David Ruiz, he was very caring and so thorough that i he answered all of my questions before i got to ask them. 10/10 do recommend.

Unfortunately i had to call about an accident my wife was in, thankfully shes unharmed and it wasnt her fault. The office manager Deb was freakin awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful. I know i know, i pay for the service and thats how it should be, but im in sales and deal with people every single day and my lively hood is based on ppl wanting to purchase what i sell, so i appreciate a great person like Deb. I called to pay my premium for auto insurance and Chase Curry helped
me do that in a very professional and easy way.
He then e mailed me temporary insurance cards to cover me while waiting for the actual cards in the mail.

It was done in less than five minutes .
