I have always done my own auto insurance shopping in past years, but after my rates have been steadily increasing, I decided to give an independent agent a try. Ray was able to get me a multipolicy with more coverage for hundreds less a year. Ray was a pleasure to work with, always patient and informative, and most importantly, followed up on any inquiries quickly. Having an agent available to do all of the required paperwork and comparison shop across multiple carriers made the whole process so much easier. I will definitely be returning next year if changes need to be made and will be recommending Ray and Dcruz to friends and family as well.
