Andrew kept me calm and laughing when I told him I had my second flat in the past year. I feared I’d miss my moms birthday this weekend but he reassured me I would be hitting the road that evening within an hour of getting my flat! And he did just that! Awesome customer service and a sweet guy to work with if you’re ever in a pinch! Don’t forget to ask for Andrew! He will for sure take care of you!

Thank you to Shawn and Andrew for helping me! Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had a leak in one tire. They were able to patch it and put the tire back on for much cheaper than I expected. Also gave me a reasonable price quote for new tires, which I’ll be needing soon.

Will be back and would recommend 10/10.

Great experience today. Shawn was so helpful and nice during my appointment for a new tire. Went over what would’ve caused the damage, quickly found a similar tire in stock, and examined the treads on other tires and what he recommends. Nothing was pushed, we addressed the issue at hand and made a plan for in a couple months regarding the next new tires. I am very happy and will be coming back to this location.

My dad also came here a couple weeks ago needed a repair on his existing tire but was expecting to be told he needed a replacement. CJ was friendly, honest, and repaired it for a very very reasonable price. My dad was so impressed and also left very happy.

I am having wonderful services for my Jaguar and Chrysler for years. Shawn is the best bro who always gives me the best services more than expected. I never need keep worries in mind. Shawn gives me worry-free / all set in the most convenient way. He regards everyone as VIP.
There are so many tires stores, there is no much difference on tires quality, but there are big differences in service satisfaction. You will feel great at this store.

Unpleasant things happens, but Cj and Andrew are very nice and helpful! They tried their best to help me to fix the issues! I will go back to them for sure to keep my tires in good shape!

Went into Town Fair today to get a new set of tires on my car. CJ was extremely knowledgeable and actually explained what tires would be best for my vehicle based on my needs. He took the time to educate me on my tires and what to look for when selecting them. I am so thankful for the explanation because even though I have bought several sets of tires no one has ever taken the time to educate me on them. I highly recommend CJ and the crew here if you're looking for new tires.

CJ helped me start to finish with a difficult/specific vehicle... Researching multiple tires models/brands, load/speed ratings, etc. He and the other members there went above & beyond expectations to get our family back on the road safely and within our budget. Truly appreciate all their efforts and will definitely be back again in the future.

Town Fair Tire has always had amazing customer service. I moved from New England 10 years ago but I’m back visiting family and was concerned about driving 3k miles back home on my tires. Fortunately I worked with Shawn who was amazingly knowledgeable, professional and so patient with me and all my questions. They are also super quick and efficient. It says a lot about a company when you go 10 years in between buying from them and still have the same top notch customer service. And the Toyo tires are amazing. I can already feel the difference. :) Thank you all!!!

I had the best experience here. CJ gave the best customer service, was very accommodating to my needs, and delivered on his word. My truck now has nice new tires and wheels because CJ made sure I was taken care of. He reassured me that he would resolve the issues I was running into, and he did just that!

CJ was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered a ton of questions and never once spoke to me as a female in an disrespectful manner. He went above and beyond and as a result I was happy to give him my business. I recommend going to that location for service.

Omar was clearly on it and knowledgeable and despite the fact that I know nothing about cars, he explained very kindly what types of tire leaks might be happening with my car and what a bead seal is — got serviced and back in my car in the same morning. Really recommend for anyone who feels a little inept at fixing something with their car - just go to these guys, they’re great, fast, and honest.

Got my tires rotated today and an alignment. Andrew was great to work with really helped a lot. All the staff was great and polite. Highly recommended Town Fair Tire. Like they say ‘nobody beats Town Fair N.O.B.O.D.Y
