Crocs at Merrimack

Cool store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Recently made my First ever purchase of Crocs online but I didn’t do my due diligence online so they were a bit larger than I expected. Went to this store to do an exchange and met John! John was absolutely crucial to finding me the right size as even when I was going to go another size down, it didn’t feel quite right. I had seen John enthusiastically helping someone else and so I turned to him and he taught me exactly what to look for to get the right comfort and fit. He’s made me a fan of this company, and I wish every store I went to had someone enjoying and caring about what they do as much as he does!

Got a new pair of crocs here and it was such a delightful experience! The employees were so warm, personable and overall so sweet and helpful in picking out a pair- I ended up getting a pair of white platforms and they are perfect for summer- my go-to pair of shoes for work! The manager took the time to show me all the different Jibbitz and helped me pick ones I absolutely love- I got one that said Capricorn and a few others! The store was immaculately clean and everyone who worked there was so sweet!! I also didn’t know they had things like flip-flops and other styles of shoes. Will definitely be returning to shop more!

A great atmosphere for an amazing bonding experience. The layout of the store allows you to appreciate the simple greatness of the shoe. As soon as you enter the store, you feel welcomed to experience the comfort of Crocs™ alongside other croc-lovers. My girlfriend and I bought them together and put them on as soon as we bought them. As we left the store, we received so many looks, obviously of jealousy. 5/7 would recommend to everyone.

My Mom & I visited this store today to get a pair of crocs for her, & for my fiancé. My fiancé & I are getting married next weekend, & I needed to find a pair for him to wear (because we’re both wearing crocs for our wedding), & we were helped by an awesome associate, John. He helped me find the right crocs & size my fiancé needed. Then went out of his way to help my Mom find the right size/style for her first pair of crocs. The vibes in that store was super fun/positive, & it helps to bring that kind of aura to this store with an upbeat/helpful/positive associate like John. He made our experience today a great one! Thank you so much. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back again soon.

The day that I shopped at Crocs I was helped by John Russo. He was extremely helpful as this was my first visit and first pair of crocs. John was knowledgeable and guided me to the perfect color and style. He even helped me pick out the charms. John has made my visit the first of many. Thank you,John!

This store blew me away, John was very helpful and guided me through the store and all the promotions going on. I was able to get two crocs and learn about new products coming to store. they also partner with feeding America which is an organization I personally donate to so it was nice to see in store.

I recently shopped at the Crocs in Merrimack. While I was fully aware of the Crocs brand of shoe, I had never owned a pair or even tried a pair on. However being in the market for a summer slip on / off type shoe that was not a flip-flop, I thought a Croc might fit this need. The store had just opened and I was surprised at how busy it was. Who knew Crocs were so popular? I found the store to be clean, neat, and orderly. The store had what I feel was good selection of inventory too, plenty of colors, sizes, and styles. I was greeted by a nice gentleman, John, who said he was there to help if I needed any assistance. I found John to be sincere, honest, and approachable. I was torn between a couple of styles and wasn't sure about sizing. John explained a bit more about the 'fit' and quickly ran out back and got a next size up for me to test. After trying / testing between a few pair, I made my decision and purchased my first pair of Crocs. Thus far I am happy with them, definitely a little different feel and fit than a sneaker, but then again, I didn't buy a sneaker. I would definitely recommend the Crocs at the Merrimack Outlets if you are in the market for a Croc. Should you get lucky enough, hopefully John is working and can provide you the same great level of customer service he provided to me.

The staff at this crocs store are very kind and attentive. They’re doing their best to provide top notch customer service, while also being mindful of the importance of keeping people safe and healthy during this pandemic.

Me and my husband went into the croc store Merrimack New Hampshire not knowing what we really wanted looked around then we had one of your workers name John came up to us and asked us can I help you he was so helpful really friendly answered all of our questions and we ended up walking out with several pairs of crocs. If it wasn’t for him we probably would’ve walked in and not have gotten anything.

Great deals if you wear crocks...I don't but my friend that I went there with left with several pairs. It was buy 2 get 2 free...

Went shopping over the weekend and the staff was very helpful and friendly considering the swarm of people in the store. The sales were great too, buy one get one free
