Great place to grab steaks! Great cuts. Picked up some New York Strips today and they’re so much better than other butchers. Prices are so much cheaper than most butchers and always so friendly. Hard to find a better place to stop and grab anything to toss on the grill.

Best Beef, best chicken, best brats, best cheese. Best service. Never go there hungry. Need a shopping cart every time.

Attention previous Elk River meats customers, this meat market has happy sticks! They have the same exact flavor but they do use a different type of casing. They are still absolutely delicious though.

We got our deer processed here and they did a great job on the meat, it was the tastiest venison from any butcher yet. It costs us $140 total with all the specialty meat cuts on our button buck. The only thing I will warn people about is they bring in a semi load of deer from their other location which was in plain view and very bloody and gory to see ( I hope maybe they could consider putting up a devider sheet or blockade wall in front of the semi so people don't have to see it in the future), don't bring kids or your wife around to the back drop off area, it is gruesome to see and a bit disturbing image. Other than that they were very helpful and had good prices overall and the butcher inside had lots of other meats you could buy like elk, chicken, specialty sausages, beef, bacon, and so on all for Good prices. And very tasty. I just hope they can hide the semi from the public's eye in the future, that is my one request., other than that they were great.

They always do a great job processing my deer. I know I get my deer back every time. This year I asked them to package my meat in smaller packages as I am the only one who eats it and they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much! Will always bring my game here. Not to mention they do a great job on the sausage, sticks, etc as well.

Their prices are very competitive. Meat is always delicious. Never had a bad cut of meat from center cut. Customer service is always welcoming. Plus my puppy loves the pig ears. Will never go anywhere else to buy meat.

Great place! Reminds me of the meat market I grew up going to. Friendly staff, awesome brats, beef sticks, etc. Highly recommend the peppercorn bourbon steaks.

The meat at Center Cuts is almost always cheaper than the nearby grocery store and the quality is much, much better. Also, if you request a specific cut they are happy to assist. These guys have terrific knife skills and will gladly share their knowledge of preparing any cut of meat in great detail. Having this place local is terrific.

My husband brought his bear in in 2020 to get sausage made, and I was very apprehensive about eating bear. It was the best sausage I've ever had, and so we brought his deer in to get more delicious sausage this year.

Had Center Cut process two elk for me following the 2018 hunting season. Despite being crazy busy with people lined up and deer piled everywhere, they quickly got me in and out. They made bratwurst, breakfast sausage, Teriyaki sticks, hot dogs, and burger, and also cut steaks and roasts. Overall an excellent job - I will take game to them in the future without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and make your decisions on the products you want them to make with your game before you arrive. It can be tough to make those choices on the fly during the busy season.

Quality Meats at an affordable price. We stop every time we get to Albertville. Tasty and fresh cuts of meat. Especially love their ground chicken breast, brats, and delicious meat sticks!
