Bad employees, bad prices, and they sell you products already unwrapped so you can’t return them. Pretty sure they get bonuses if they sell certain items too.

Bad experience got overlook twice , not willing to help me out on picking things out. Her knowledge of the product was poor. She judge me of my appearance. Just because I’m dress a certain way does not mean I don’t have money. Lots of product poor customer service, or just bad sales skills. She did not even try to get me to use the %30 off on second purchase.

Very bad experience, I usually do not tend to give bad reviews, but I have been 3 times to this stores, in the three occasions has been the same person. I usually try to ignore any bad actitudes because anyone can have a bad day, but in this store there is a young woman (blonde) who because of the way she treated me and my wife gave me to understand that she has problems of racism. I gave myself the task of reading the rest of the comments and reviews and I’m not the only one. Therefore, I do not recommend this store, a customer is a customer whatever their race or color and should be served as long as it is in a respectful manner.

If I could rate a 0 star I would.. what a scam.. They tell you how much better there best sellers are for various reasons charge you $65 dollars a bottle!!!! $11 online everywhere. Oh dont forget the best selling ladies fragrance for $65...$14 online.. No big deal, shame on me for being sold junk for 5 times the price. I'll just return it. NOPE!! EXCHANGE ONLY!!! CROOKS... I dont know why the outlet malls allow the store to operate that way.. I will never go back.

I hate this place and do not recomend it because my mom and i went there and i got wonderstruck taylor swift perfume and one it cost $39.99 and then i got i for cheaper $19.99 and when i went to return it later that day with my dad... It took 4 hours and then what felt like forever to actually get to the register and given the guy was new he tryed to argue with my dad and now we got our total $42 back but now we can only spend it at that store . Again i do not recomend this store.😡😈👿😡😠

If I could give negative starts I would I spent 180$ here on perfume and cologne I could’ve got for 80$ online! Ohh and wait there’s more no refunds only store credit this place is the worse place ever shame on this crooked company

Way over priced. They won’t even honor the cheaper prices on their own website! The guy behind the counter had the personality of a piece of toast. Don’t waste your time here.

Aweful staff. Not knowledgeable about their fragrances at all. And the prices are about 4 bucks under retail. You will have better luck going to a department store. For example, I was talking about Versace Eros and he said it came in a EAU DE PARFUM, it in fact doesn’t. Not worth your trip. Try online discounters.
