Hampton Inn Minneapolis/Shakopee

I always used to go here with my family and it is always apart of my childhood. I still go here now as an adult and it's like I'm a kid again which is an awesome feeling.

This property checked all the boxes.
I had a great stay, enhanced by the great staff!
Everybody I spoke to was warm welcoming, and genuinely cared that I was a guest at their property.

The room was great - well appointed, clean, good lighting.
The shower was hot, the towels were soft... soap, shampoo, & conditioner were all supplies right in dispenser...

Breakfast was typical Hilton offerings. Coffee was hot around the clock!

I used and enjoyed the well stocked fitness center, and everything was organized and working!

I will use this Hampton Inn on my next visit to the Shakopee area!

The staff made you feel so welcomed from the minute we walked in to the time we left. From front desk, breakfast crew, and housekeepers all spoke with a smile! The manager even came around at breakfast to welcome us and see how things were. Highly recommend .

Great hotel! The atmosphere is great, clean rooms and all. Just one problem, but I am sure it was miscommunication. I asked the front desk to kindly give us more towels and if they could take garbage out. I specifically asked for 5 towels. They gave us less than half, and I had to take all the garbage to the front desk. It's not a big deal, but in someone else's opinion might be a huge deal.

We booked a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. Diane Merker was our contact and she was so great to work with. She set up everything we needed and assisted in answering all my questions and requests. Everything worked so well for our large group - the rooms, pool, party room and complimentary breakfast made the stay very comfortable. The hotel is in great shape and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service worked great between the hotel and The Wilds and the driver was really nice. I would recommend the Hampton Inn Shakopee to anyone needing a room block for an event.

The lady who set up breakfast was so friendly and nice, it really made me feel welcome here. She is really great!

They had a shuttle going to and from the wedding reception which was great.

I work overnights at a nearby hospital and frequently stay here when I’m working several nights in a row. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating with my schedule as I usually need to check in early in the morning. The rooms are always very clean and spacious. To top it off, the woman that runs the breakfast in the morning always tells me goodnight rather than good morning as I stumble in to get a bite to eat before going to bed.

Nice sized hotel with spacious rooms, large restrooms, and adjacent to the highway for simple access to neighboring cities. Friendly service, along with a well-stocked selection of breakfast items. Housekeeping and front desk staff are extremely helpful. Top of the line fitness area and large pool.

A great stay!
The old gal is showing her age and we had a few small issues but the staff went out of their way to insure that all of our needs were met quickly and efficiently.
Nick, the GM was amazing as well as was the day manager....Lisa perhaps? Kudos!
The fact that they now accept dogs is HUGE for us.
The breakfast was surprisingly tasty, we were impressed!

We stayed in this hotel for a week. Every I teraction we had with staff was pleasant. The breakfast was nice and changed daily. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It’s a nice stay here. Room clean. Staff friendly and helpful to accommodate. Breakfast decent. And just across the street it’s a nice trail leading to some walks around a few reservoir ponds.

We typically stay at Hampton Inns and this one did not disappoint. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and breakfast is the best in the industry. What really set this location apart from all the rest is the front desk staff - in particular Rich and De. With them on duty, coming “home” every night was like coming home to old friends. They made us feel super welcome, we shared a lot of laughs and they took care of our every wish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already miss our new “friends”. Thank you for such a fun experience!

Amazing experience. Only our second time staying in a hotel. Staff was courteous. Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was probably the best I have ever had even with homemade cooking. Wish pool would have been heated or had a hot tub.

Stayed here for several nights for a work trip. The front desk was very efficient and friendly with check-in. I was in and on my way to my room in a couple of minutes. The place is nice and clean and the rooms have plenty of space. The breakfast is nice with several good options. Hot water, tea and coffee are always available in the lobby and the warm cookies in the afternoon are great. The hotel is located in a nice quiet location with a few places to eat within walking distance. I would stay here again.

One of the better hotels I have stayed at. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Room was very clean and you could tell the sheets were freshly cleaned. Extremely comfortable beds as well! A+

I stayed with my mom after she had eye surgery. We were able to check in early. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (especially Donelle) We also appreciated how quiet it was while she was recovering from surgery. I would highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms clean, staff friendly and accommodating, breakfast good. Close to various activities, restaurants and shopping. We stayed here for the Renaissance fair... well worth the room rate!
