A bit unassuming, but a great kid-friendly hotel for a great price. We were in 325, one of the king suites. Room overall very clean, bed included. Sofa bed on the other hand has plenty of kid pee stains lol. Be sure to ask for extra sheets and blankets. Comfortable poofy yet firm-ish bed pillows, not flat wafers like many hotels. Fireplace and whirlpool tubs both in great working orders which we enjoyed.

Waterslides and pool was the main attraction for us. Nice that the pool area is not "overly regulated." To contrast, at great wolf lodge it seems like if you move they blow the whistle. Not here, kids had a blast playing with other kids all weekend. I would stay here twice before great wolf lodge at this point, and probably still save money. One improvement, there could be more chairs and tables, even if it means those tables are smaller.

Recently new carpet and other stuff installed which is really nice. Some handrails in the stairwell are pulling out of the wall in some spots. Why someone would use drywall anchors for a handrail is a little puzzling. There are an overabundance of exit signs, so in the event of a fire you're unlikely to get lost lol.

Overall very happy and will likely be back for more local vacations.

First of all the Slide is the peak of masculine fun! Second the food was great! Thirdly when some crack head tried running into our room banging on the door and broke into our room, we called the front desk and “The Rule Setter” and came and whooped that cracked headed biotches ahhhh!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Great Hotel!!!

The pool had a decent sized water slide and a kid pool with a little slide. The kid pool was nice and warm as was the hot tub.
