Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis/Shakopee, MN

We stayed in King bed room with family and this is our fifth stay here. Refurbished cozy room, relaxing atmosphere and courteous staff made our trip memorable. Additionally hot bath and hot breakfast was bonus for us. Location is ideal for all types of travellers. We cherished the memories.

I had a great time there. I was visiting from Canada and the hotel was very nice. I mean for the price you cant go wrong and its cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

I would defiantly go back when I head down again. Staff was so sweet and nice. The rooms were comfy and adequate. What more can I saw except I was very happy over all.

We booked a reservation using our points from our rewards credit card. When we tried to check in, we discovered that the credit card had somehow messed up our reservation and left us one room short of what we had booked. We were from out of town, so not having the room we had reserved was very frustrating. The credit card company representative was absolutely no help at that moment.

On the other hand, Brenda, who was working at the front desk, was so very helpful. She offered to talk directly to the rewards representative to try and resolve the problem (no luck), and then offered us a room at a reduced rate to help us out. She was kind, patient, and understanding. We really wanted to say thanks to her for all her help making sure we had someplace to stay that night.

The service at Country Inn and Suites was phenomenal. The rooms were great, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was good.

We would definitely stay here again, especially with staff like Brenda willing to go the extra mile.

They offer hot breakfast, as well as cereal-yogurt-fruit-bagels-toast and more.

Nice place for a low price! Our room was good. Nice looking, comfortable, and welcoming. The free breakfast was delicious!

My room was spacious and clean, the parking lot is well laid out, and the pool hours were the best I've seen. The breakfast buffet was good but not spectacular, though they do have some different offerings daily. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and breakfast at morning is delicious ,not only that pool is good( if you come with your family you can enjoy a lot).Finally I recommend this hotel for anyone.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else! At this hotel I have great service every time. You always have a clean and comfortable room, Nice fitness room as well as hot tub and pool. They provide a wonderful breakfast. They have an outstanding staff and management team that goes way out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and happy. Their location is wonderful, They are right next to gas stations restaurants in close to downtown for entertainment they really just have everything. You can't go wrong staying here I would recommend it to everybody.

One of my favorite places to stay! The hotel itself is always clean, attractive and well maintained. The staff goes out of their way to greet you, ask you how your room is, do you need anything, etc. They really know how to make a guest feel comfortable and at home. The beds are very comfortable and I found the breakfast to be quite good. I highly recommend staying here. What's really great is if you want to go out for a couple of cocktails and a nice meal, you can just walk across the street to Applebee's a have an enjoyable evening without needing to worry about driving

Best sleep in a long time. Mattress was firm but plush. I wish I could take the mattress home with me! Clean room, friendly service. Continental breakfast was what was expected. Pool and hot tub looked clean but we didn't use bc of sickness. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

We just got home from staying two nights here. The staff was extremely friendly & rooms were nice. I forgot to tell front desk that there’s a drip in the shower in room 109, but other than that all was great! Will definitely stay here again, ideal location with the interstate right there and lots of options for food around the hotel

We visit with family. We had wonderful trip. Front desk service was excellent and morning breakfast was good though. I will recommend this place if you visiting with family or friends. Cheap and best ✌

Decent room for the price, and in a good location for our agenda this weekend. Hot breakfast items were a selling point for us and we were satisfied with the options. Front desk staff were friendly every time we walked by, that was a nice bonus.

Very nice customer service! The rooms look amazing and the pool room is good too! The little fridge has a small freezer box in it too. Everything was working perfectly.

Cozy and clean place with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. His staff gave us excellent attention, especially Rommel (Alex), he was very attentive and helped us by guiding us on places to visit. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at Country Inn Shakopee, MN several times when we visit family in the area, and have always had a pleasant experience.

The staff is always very courteous and friendly, and the room is always spotless, and hot breakfast is great! Last weekend, we had reserved a room for Friday and Saturday nights, however Saturday, the weather forecast called for stormy conditions early Sunday morning and thru the day.

Since we had 250+ mile trip, we decided to leave before the storm, and checked out Saturday evening about 7pm. On the following Tuesday, the owner/manager called us, and asked for our credit card number so he could refund 1 nights stay for us...

I highly recommend staying at Country Inn Shakopee because in my opinion, they went above and beyond all expectations! Thank you again, Shakopee Country Inn staff! We WILL be back!!!

Location was within a 2 minute drive of our family gathering. Easy to find. Room was recently renovated and very quiet. Check-in and out was fast and courtious and both digital keys worked the first time.

Richard the man in charge at front desk is the best service we have had ever! So nice and loved that he gave us all the important info without us havn to ask ie. Pool hours, breakfast hours, and even made fresh cookies! He is the bomb!

Pretty nice experience. The personel working were friendly. Clean. The maid tried to get us out an hour before the checkout but nonetheless fine
