Patrick and his brother provided me a great car buying experience. It was my first time buying a car and I had been to many dealerships but it was clear to me from my first conversation with Patrick that he was extremely knowledgeable about what he was talking about and also very honest with the imperfections of the vehicles he was trying to sell. He would rather talk you out of a car by being too honest then trick you by talking you into one and I respect that. His prices were very fair and the process was seamless. I had a great experience buying a Dodge Ram at Cartiva. They gave us a awesome deal on the truck. We had a couple problems with the truck at first. But Cartiva fixed them, and didn't cost me a dime out of my pocket. Cartiva went above and beyond to fix my truck. They will take care of you plain and simple. I highly recommend Cartiva. They are honest and straightforward, knowledge, and friendly. I recently had to purchase a vehicle on very short notice. Patrick was very helpful and answered all the questions that I had. I never once felt pushed to buy the vehicle I was interesed in. He informed me of any service history his company had done or other items he knew had been done. To that point he allowed me to bring the vehicle to a third-party mechanic who agreed the car was a solid purchas . He also made the rest of the buying process very stress-free and transparent. The vehicle price was an excellent bargain. I would feel very comfortable returning here and highly recommend them.

We were looking for a replacement vehicle for a car that we were passing on to our son. After looking at a few car lots where I had shopped before, I decided to look further. We live in Stillwater and I had often driven by Cartiva on Hwy 36. I stopped in and talked to Charlie Bennett. He was friendly without being pushy. I told him what we were looking for, he asked a few questions, and then, showed me a few possibilities. One car in particular seemed to fit the picture. I drove it, and we talked about a general price. I went home, and then checked on line for pricing on the same make, model and year of car. The next day we went back, agreed on a price and brought the car. Over the next few days I noticed a few issues with the car and Charlie took care of them. A few weeks later, after dealing with a chronic tire leak, my mechanic noticed a tiny crack on the inside of one of my tire rims. I called Charlie about it, looking for suggestions about replacement or repairs. He referred me to a company that they use for rim repairs and got a very nice price for us for the repair work. Charlie and Patrick know their stock, are honest to deal with, and will stay with you after the sale if problems do arise.

Literally the best place to buy a car. We were looking for a first car for our 17 year old. We were put off by other city dealerships by the pushy salesman and the feeling of being obligated to buy before we even test drove. We decided to look outside city limits (19 miles away) and I'm so happy we did. We found a 2012 hyundai santa fe gls with low miles and decided to take the drive to see it after speaking with Patrick and getting the basic info and carfax details. We realized the key fobs were missing but even before seeing the car Patrick called the dealership and had them ordered along with a new tail light that got water inside. When we arrived later that night Patrick was welcoming and showed us the car. He was respectful and gave us space to freely look over the car. He gave us truthful info on the car and was very upfront with the slight scratches etc. We knew not to expect perfect for a 9 year old car but it was the fact he was forth coming and we didn't feel he was "hiding" anything from us or "talking up the car". We test drove and when we came back we looked over the car again and tested out the Bluetooth connect and Patrick helped us out since we couldn't figure it out (new feature for us but was a must have with a teen). Ultimately it was our sons decision and once again Patrick was respectful in giving us space as a family to decide and talk it through and if it was in budget. Making the decision to buy involved alot of different factors: the cars condition (being 9 years old I'd rate it as very good), how the car ran (like new for its age), how we were treated (with respect & dignity), within the family budget, dealer knowledge of the car (he knew alot but quickly found answers if he didn't), extended warranty info was clearly explained, One family issue we have was my husband has a drivers license (I only have a permit) and my son currently has a permit so figuring out how after buying the car how to get it home. We only currently have a large carge van which is just too big for our son to learn in and it makes him nervous to drive this was why we needed another car. Patrick knowing this offered to deliver to car to us once the new key fobs were programed solving our how to get it home issue. Patrick was also very patient with our son making his first car buying experience less stressful and confusing. He went above and beyond making my son feel included. Very impressed and very grateful for the service we received. My son is looking forward to learning to drive in his own car and the lasting memories that he was a part of all this process from the beginning. We will be back when its time for another vehicle but in the meantime we will be recommending Cartiva to anyone who's looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much Cartiva for everything you did for us!

Absolutely amazing. Found my dream car and Charlie was so helpful and friendly. Got approved for financing even though I don't have much credit. The whole process was fairly easy, great selection of cars and the prices were extremely reasonable. And again, Charlie was great to work with!
