InTown Suites Extended Stay Minneapolis MN - Coon Rapids

I stayed here for over a year with my family. The staff is friendly and seems to care! There is one housekeeper than is absolutely amazing and of course she is because she is the supervisor. We only left because we finally found a place of our own. This place is great for a long-term stay!

I really enjoyed my 2 weeks stay there. It is a good place to stay they don't do nightly stays only weekly. There was no homeless people around or bugs in the rooms. I would stay again if I come back to Minnesota. The kitchen is nice also.

We stay here a couple times a year for a week while visiting family in the area. The room is always clean and Tim takes care of our needs which are never major. We eat breakfast in our premium room and then spend the rest of the day seeing our family and friends in the Twin Cities. We live in Florida and have been staying here for the past 13 years. The other guests we meet are always very friendly. We were just there last week and enjoyed our stay!

Tim the manager is very helpful and easy to work with. He stays on top of the building making sure we are safe. Luke the maintenance guy makes sure things are running smoothly and efficiently. He knows how to get things done.

I just want to say my time at this location was very good. When I arrived my room was very clean and even though its on the 3rd floor where the smokers are it did not smell. It was pretty much quiet with the occasional loud talking but other than that nothing to complain about. Tim the manager is a very good man. He keeps up his property and is very prompt on getting anything fixed for you. He was a blessing for me when I had to leave and went out of his way to help me when he didn't have to. I definitely recommend his property if you need a short or long stay!

I just paid so much and it wasn’t expensive at the staff there was really friendly the rooms wasn’t bad at all I been to worse I would go there again and recommend any one to go there and stay

5 Stars I give for Tim the manager. Not The Hotel. Tim is decent and professional man who works diligently to help the guests so he would be the biggest credit for this place owner. Frankly the rooms supplies, mattresses, blankets and sheets are terrible old with unremovable stains and need to be changed. Weed smell in 2nd floor overnight especially over weekend is disgusting.
I give the rooms condition 3 Stars which is fair enough.

Hot shower. You can have your mail delivered there. Maintenance acts quickly to resolve any problems that arise. Very quiet place.

They came through when we needed a short term room for our son. Room could have been cleaner, floor was a bit sticky but all in all it was a good experience.

A very nice manager clean safe and quiet maids are nice and friendly and a blessing if you have no other choice for shelter it's the best for hotel stay and great location on bus line

The room is modest, clean and newly renovated. Excellent value for the area. Close to everything and the staff is amazing! Special kudos to the manager, Tim! Great job Tim!

We have been in the Coon Rapids Minnesota since November 2017. The staff is excellent here and always respond in a timely manner. This has been the best long term hotel situation we have ever had.

The manager and staff are amazing and property is clean and well maintained.

It's a really nice hotel just wish the prices weren't so high for people like me who only get one income a month and not that much homeless people need a place like this but with cheaper renting for a week

It's nice we can cook and have a fridge,we spend less for groceries

Great management (Tim) made you feel like home enjoyed our time staying at Intown the time we did would stay again.

It was very clean and quite and even the price was a little high but I would stay there again and we was able to park are bus there
