Always have great experiences here. Great staff, great sandwiches and drinks, everyone including customers is just overall part of a great day. Prices are a little bit more than fast food, but it's a local business, so that's expected. I love this place.

We stopped in for coffee and a late lunch. Our sandwiches and coffee were all great! I especially enjoyed the comfy seating options and the dim lighting. It was a nice place to relax.

Quaint place to sit alone or with friends. The staff is amazingly friendly. There is ,I believe, local artwork and photos on the walls, and soft music plays on the backround. Clear glass windows provide a view to the downtown street (with seating). Not to mention it is a very popular local hangout for all ages. A must stop locaton!!!!

Ordered a large caramel macchioto and a chicken sandwich. Both were fabulous! The sandwich had fresh vegetables and on a ciabatta bun with a side of pasta salad with a pickle Spear on the side. Wonderful atmosphere with plenty of seating spread out. Met others there for an impromptu meeting, our drinks were brought to our table fairly quick. My total was $12 for a great sandwich and one of the best Macchiotos around. Hands down, way better than Starbucks!

There is literally NOTHING I wouldn't do for a meal from Blue Moon. I love their vegetarian options, their coffee is delectable (and unique!) and the atmosphere is calming -- even if they're closed for dine in right now. The people serving you seem to genuinely care and ask how your day is. If you're looking to support small business and get a great cup of coffee, this is the place to go! It's my #1 spot any time I'm back in Hastings.

Lovely quiet atmosphere, so many combinations of drinks, great food choices! Excellent carrot cake!! Usually a very long wait but going at 1pm was super fast!

A favorite haunt where the staff greet me by name, know my preferences and tolerate my moods. When I moved to Hastings a few years back, I screened the espresso shops for the flavor of their straight up shots. Here I got no bitterness in the brew, it was served in the demitasse cups if I like, by staff friendly to new customers. Over the years I've tried the lunch menu items which I consider a bit limited but still price competitive. I frequently order the breakfast sandwich special which predictably good. Lunch specials vary a great deal but I favor the quiches, always made fresh that day. Our Friday night coffee group spends a couple hours mostly visiting and a few of us order sandwiches or roll-ups often with soup. Lately, the day time offerings have had variously shaped rice krispie snacks in seasonal themes, a few days ago it was a turkey leg. Seem to be popular enough but a bit pricey for me. The cherry almond pie is always a favorite and is reliably fresh as it sells out quickly. I know everyone has their peculiar preferences for espresso but if you start here, you probably won't need to shop around any further.

Mom&Pop shops are always the best! Friendly staff, customers were friendly & the coffee was perfect!

I come here every day to draw or just hang out. It's where my girlfriend and I had our first date. The staff are fun and the food/drinks are great. definitely recommend 👍

Blue Moon is THE place to chat with a friend, study for an exam, share a drink with a date, stop by for a lemon poppy seed muffin, camp out for hours with a project, or basically anything else. The baristas are friendly, the music is exactly the right volume, and the coffee is always good. Blue Moon has my heart.

Cute vibe, yummy Foca sandwich. Their breakfast sandwich is fine but not special. Yummy coffee. A great place to study or relax.

This is a neat coffee house, with extras, where you and friends can sit in comfortable chairs to visit. They offer a multitude of hot and cold drinks and sweets, and a variety of lunch items.

The staff is great. The frozen coffee recommended by the barista was tastes. The Rice Krispy treats were off the charts.

I was looking for a Starbucks. I'm glad I didn't find one. I was visiting Hastings for one day and it's places like this that make me happy. Unique one-of-a-kind small business.

It's very cozy and inviting. The employees are all very friendly and welcoming. The food and prices are fantastic.
