We purchased a Speed Queen HD washer from My Appliance Source and couldn't be more pleased...plus...Jim and Holly are very nice people to work/deal with. Great products, fairly priced. We'll be back again for the matching dryer ;) .

I've only used this place for purchases in the past so today I've experienced their service department. We're older people and have experienced various service options from different sources and this is not an area that offers great solutions, in fact they're terrible so it was really refreshing to have a technician come out in a timely fashion that called 30 minutes in advance as promised and immediately proved that he was the expert. Eric did repairs easily and deserves the review as well as their owners.

They were amazing!!! I was looking for a over the hood microwave. Went to 4 stores and no one had one I could take home!! My 90 year old Mom needed it now so she could cook.
They sold me one off the floor even! Great customer service!!!
I will be back again!!

My Appliance Source has again proved they are the best! Had a washer with a broken detergent dispenser. Mike in Parts did a repair to it, which may last us a bit longer before we order new.
You will not get sort of service from a BIG BOX store. Shop small and local.

Our Tech had to visit us 3 times, but figured out the issue with our washer. It was my fault for using so much detergent that it plugged up the drain pipe!
Really appreciate the fine service received on this washer and all other items I've had repaired thru the years. Highly recommend doing business with Appliance Source.

I'm extremely grateful for the incredible service I got from multiple people at My Appliance Source . . . from the woman who took my distress call, to the man who went the extra mile to "find" me because I had given a wrong phone number, to the gentleman who came to our home to actually do the repair. It's rare to get this level of service these days . . . and to receive it from 3 different people at the same organization speaks to their commitment to their customers. I give my highest possible recommendation.

What an excellent local business! I won't even consider going anywhere else for appliances or service. Everything from selection, price, installation, and follow-up was perfect. If you have any issues with servicing an appliance, Craig can pretty much fix anything, and he is there for you very quickly. Don't hesitate to do business with them!

I just had my new refrigerator delivered by Appliance Source. The delivery guys were friendly, careful and helpful. They made it easy.

The price I got was the best in town, beating out all the "big guys". But, what was best was the friendly personal service I received from Jim and his whole team.

These guys are terrific; fast, reliable and thorough. They service all brands and really know what they are doing. They are thorough and speedy--usually same day availability in my experience. Reasonably and fairly priced and well worth your trust.

We live out in the country and often have trouble getting service people out to help us. When I called The Appliance Source to ask if we were in their service area, they immediately said yes. We're about 45 mins south of their main address, so I was surprised but very pleased. The tech arrived on time and did a great job of identifying our problem and fixing it quickly (squeaky dryer). He explained the problem and showed me the bad parts. He was polite & friendly, wore his mask, and completed the job efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to call this company again and highly recommend them, especially to other folks who live out in the boonies!

The best!! I have purchased all appliances here. Most recently I purchased a big green egg around 3 years ago. I was grilling and noticed a crack near the bottom of my grill. My grill had never been tipped or damaged by anything. I contacted Jim who immediately ordered a replacement and stood behind the product.. Just picked it up today! They stand behind their products and have old fashioned service. Don’t go anywhere else!!!

I would give 6 stars if I could. We purchased a KitchenAid Fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher from the incredible staff at Appliance Source. The prices were the same as the "Big Box" stores sale prices. However, when it came to delivery, rebates (which none of the other stores informed us about) they ended up HUNDREDS less. In the end, the service we received was hands down the absolute best and the reason we will always go back. We even had an appliance damaged in transit and Jim went across the state to get a new one...over a weekend! This small, family run store is the only place to go. Thanks again Jim. Straightforward buying process. I purchased a dishwasher with no issues. Later that year, the 'foot' fell off the wood floor where it was placed. They sent out a tech for a free quick fix. I also purchased a clothes washer and in-wall A/C unit with installation. I'm an online shopper, but lately I've been willing to pay a bit more for better/local service, which these guys offer.

they were the only ones that had a technician that was able to fix my dishwasher . the box stores had techs come out over half a dozen times and could not figure it out . best techs around

I had the worst week and to top it off my dryer broke on Friday. I decided to check this place out as my head was spinning from weighing too many options and reading so many reviews. I just wanted honest feedback about a good brand that would last longer than my Samsung dryer that kicked the bucket just after turning 4. Jason C. Greeted me promptly, he was very kind to my situation, I was in the middle of 4 kids worth of laundry when my dryer gave way. We assessed my needs and looked at the models on the floor, finding the best deal to meet my needs. I felt treated fairly and whether I was there to research or buy I felt I would have gotten the same service. I asked if possible to get it ASAP and Jason found some wiggle room on Mondays schedule for the delivery...now that is service! Great family owned honest business, I will definitely be back! I love Appliance Source for lots of reasons!! First of all, I love that they are a family business. Secondly, it is a smaller business so they know you by name when you walk and give unbelievable service that you will not get at a Best Buy or Home Depot. This summer we moved and purchased all new appliances from them. There were a few unfortunate circumstances with back orders and between Jim and Whirlpool they went above and beyond to make things right. That’s life, sometimes things don’t go as we expect, but they give amazing customer service. We will continue to buy all of our appliances from Jim!!

Nice service. Very helpful. Delivery was awesome service. I just bought the Webber Kettle Ranch grill and the XXL Big Green Egg grill. This is the best place to buy a grill. They are specialized in any questions you have. Thank You again.

My Appliance Source! I’m not sure why anyone would go anywhere else!

Both of my refrigerators died in the same week. Since it was winter in Minnesota, I had time to look around to see what I wanted, and shop price. I checked with big box retailers, home improvements stores, appliance-only chains, discount stores, and did my research online. I didn’t expect this little ‘mom & pop’ shop off 169 in Shakopee to be able to compete with those big guys. I was right! They didn’t compete… They beat the lowest price by several hundred dollars! Talk about honest pricing! And they really know their appliances, too!
They gave me a loaner fridge while I waited for my order to come in … which was just a few days. And when the guys came to deliver they were respectful and careful with both my new appliance and my floors and doorways.

Don’t waste time like I did… just go right to My Appliance Source in Shakopee.
