I just brought my optima red cap batteries to them out of my truck that I did not purchase from them but because they are a dealer they honored the factory 3 year warranty and replaced both of them going forward I will be using then for all my automotive part needs what awesome customer service will recommend them to everyone looking for good service and auto part

I needed a cabin filter for my 2015 Honda CR-Z Hybrid (you've never heard of it, they only shipped 25000 to America and nobody wanted a two-seater hybrid for some reason). Anyway, I ordered it online it was ready for me to pick up within 90 minutes, I popped over to the store and picked it up after I showed them my i.d. easy peasy lemon squeegee

Had what I needed and was helped immediately when I came in.

5 star review and I returned the product! My Chrysler has a weird way the strap fits to hold it down. The guy tried as much as he could to get me something and they had one but the terminals were reversed and my cables weren't long enough. We both scratched our heads because the group size was the same. He returned it and got me a bolt to replace the one I sheared off and drilled out, love NAPA!

Very nice, friendly, professional, and helpful everytime I stop in. Nice being able to get some knowledge on what im working on at the time since im not very mechanical as is. Prices are often low, if not competitive which is also a definite plus that keeps bringing me back here.

Good place, knowledgeable staff, prices are higher than other auto stores but you get good experience help and a good product. I do recommend.

My Ducati was hit while parked two blocks away. Breaking my shifter,and drivers side rear set! These guys helped macgyver a shift linkage and foot rest , granted I purchased all materials and one tool they didn't have to burrow me. Over all I was able to drive home safely !

Helpful use of machine to check engine light. They hold your license while you plug it under the dash and get the code. The guy helped look it up too!
