Super nice people working when I went there. They said they had the brakes that I needed but they couldn't find them when I got there. They weren't sexist like some auto parts stores are. They didn't try to cheat me or treat me poorly. Will come here again if those guys are working. Thanks!

I was heading to the North Shore from the Twin Cities for a weekend trip when my check engine light came on. I stopped by the Pine City O’Reilly off the highway so they could run diagnostics.

Jose was incredibly friendly and eager to help us get the issue resolved so we could get back on the road. He ran diagnostics and told me I needed an ignition coil and spark plug replacement. He found the correct parts and called a local auto mechanic who could do the work that night.

I am so thankful for Jose diagnosing the problem and directing us to someone who could fix the issue. I highly recommend O’Reilly’s services and Jose did a wonderful job!

these guys are awesome. they go above and beyond to help the customer. plus they make you feel at home there. I've only been in a few times but they already know me and ask how I'm doing when ever I come in. this is definitely my go to auto parts store now that I live in the area.

Ethean is The Dude!! We were 4 Hours from Home and 10 Hours from our destination when the Power Steering Pump Seized and Snapped the Pulley. We Rolled into the Parking Lot. They Had EVERYTHING I Needed to get Is To Rocklahoma. Power Steering Pump, Pulley and Universal Transmission Cooler we were back on the Road as Soon as the Parts Cooled Off..

Good service reasonable price on parts

I've probably shopped at O'Reilly auto parts 6-7 times over the last few years. Of course every time I went there I had some serious auto issue. And, everytime I walked out the door I had what needed as a product, or I had received solid, honest advice on what I should do next. Never been disappointed at O'Reilly's.

Get most of my parts here, great prices. Just sometimes the store delivery takes longer than they predict.

I like how they are open a lot later than most stores in Pine City😫But main thing is that the guys who have helped me in there seem to be on top of things. It usually doesn't take me long at all to get what I need when going in there. If there is a line, I sometimes wander around and there are actually some good deals that you normally wouldn't see unless you walk around a bit. I bought a really nice pair of heavy duty scissors in there sale bin for 2.98. They are better than some fiskars for a lot more. They are always very helpful to me.

Peeps was nice, had an OBGYN 2 thingy for me to tell the car to be quiet and quit lighting up my engine light...

Used code reader for diagnosting engine. Worked great.

So far so good I had one problem in my time and I submitted a labor claim cause of a faulty wheel bearing twice and was denies my labor claim Wich I figured they wood but since then all is well
