Great experience. Staff was attentive & friendly, especially Berta who shared her recommendations and helped me ship a large item I hadn’t properly packaged.

We’ve come here a couple times to get things printed, and Berta is the sweetest! She went above and beyond to help us with meaningful projects during a difficult time in our lives. She is so genuine and willing to put time in to make it special. She has great attention to detail. We felt so cared for. We absolutely adore her.

Currently in store and I just want to say Max is the best!!!!!!!!! I needed help printing some stuff and he was so patient with me even after I totally misunderstood what he said. Instead of getting irritated with me (which I probably would have done if I was dealing with a customer like me) he was understanding, personable, and hard working!!!! FedEx, clone Max and put him at all of your locations!! Awesome person all around!

Roberta was beyond amazing! I accidentally messed up the dimensions for the invitations that I needed printed, and she went above and beyond! She fixed them and made sure I left happy and satisfied. I am so thankful to have such an incredible experience here. Definitely recommend to anyone & everyone.

Excellent customer service, so patient! I was working on a craft project and needed high quality prints. The first time I ordered them they were PERFECT. Made a few mistakes on my end, ordered some again ... PERFECT again. The third time I ordered them (yes, I was now on a mission) and the pictures were not so great. I called the store and explained my concern. They reprinted them immediately and I was able to pick them up within ten minutes.

Most impressive part? The reason the pictures were not as good was because of something I had done on my end. When I got to the store the staff were so awesome and they explained how to order online printing so that I always get great results. First times the pictures were printed, the staff person knew what I was doing and had automatically improved the paper quality to give me the best results.

Would definitely go back!

Roberta is very friendly! She helped me with my shipping labels when my printer was running out of ink. She went above and beyond to help me ship my packages. I appreciate the effort and extra mile she went. I will be doing more shipping with FedEx, because of it! Thank you!

I just had a prepaid package to drop off, but the employee greeted and directed me right away, let me know she'd be giving me a receipt with tracking and then sent me on my way with a smile. It was quick and painless and the associate was very friendly and helpful.

The customer service at this shop is top notch. Always greeted when I walk through the door and very helpful sales associates and managers. We choose them for all of our quick, small batch print needs. Really great work; will definitely come back for all future needs!

I went into fedex to print some invitations and was extremely surprised by how efficient and quick the process was. The employee working, Max, was very personal and helpful and even fixed my file when some text was broken.

Everyone here is absolutely Wonderful!!! They'll come and grab the door for me when they see me coming with a handful of boxes. Always polite and just overall always a great experience!!

Cheap copy service and whenever I go its always fast service and the boy who Always works there is Always very polite!!
