Went to this establishment for the very 1st time. To purchase pants & a shirt for my new position. The customer service was superb. Their multitasking skills exceeded my expectations. The employees attention to details were excellent. The customer service was Marvelous, all of my needs were met in a quick & timely manner. Aspen Mills has always been the go to for all uniform-related needs of the 1st Responder community. Their staff ranks among the most courteous, knowledgeable and professional in the industry. Many times I have come in with a “Hail Mary” of a last minute alteration request and they have always delivered. A wide selection of products to choose from. Highly recommended.

Steve and his employees work so hard to ensure all first responders are taken care of and are looking sharp. Thank you guys for all your hard work for the community and for having everything needed.

Just started going here, I was an hour early for my appt, they did have things to do but put me first, GREAT service and look forward to having years of likely excellent service. The guy and gal who were there were very friendly to me. They also have a great selection, I’m currently waiting on my first big order and I’m not sure how long it’s supposed to take but I’m sure they are on it! Highly recommended.

Hannah and Kay were so fantastic! I came in not quite knowing what I needed, they helped me get my whole uniform fitted and ready for work. I am always so thrilled to come in here and get what I need! Thanks Hannah and Kay!!

Good service. Custom tailoring (very skilled, by the way). Great selection of uniforms. Steve goes out of his way to make sure the customer is pleased.

Went to get a pair of boots. Very friendly. Very helpful! Showed me a decent variety of options. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Highly recommend.

Very friendly customer service specialists. They usually have what you need in stock unlike a lot of other uniform stores. It gets very busy around lunchtime, so try to avoid stopping in anytime between 11-1. The staff here are more than helpful. They remember who you are and go out of their way to get you what you need. You can often wait for hemming and embroidery, saving a trip back.

You guys are by far my favorite uniform shop! Your staff works very hard to ensure my uniforms fit properly. I've gotten boots that have lasted for years at your store. The customer service is outstanding! You guys rock!

Nice place, they were crazy busy when I went there to pick up a uniform, they had to sew on patches and everything and they still managed to get it to me in only like 10-15 minutes. You can definitely tell they're a very popular place with how busy it was! Did a very good job with everything and would highly recommend!

Steve, Tony, & the crew have been my go to for uniforms since 1994 & always do a great job!! I can't count the number of times they have fixed minor things with uniforms & not charged for it. I have worked for a lot of different agencies in Public Safety over the years & have always been treated great by everyone at this store. I'm glad to see them still doing so well after all these years in the business!!

Outstanding customer service. These guys are committed to getting you what you need, making sure it fits right, and will get it done for you quickly. I have been working with them professionally and personally for over a decade and I have no intention of changing vendors.

Absolutely an outstanding staff! They always go above what is expected and know their profession and merchandise to a "T". I will continue to work with them for as long as I can! Every time you walk in it is an awesome experience and you walk out feeling like you were their most important customer!

Sometimes it's a little busy and the line is long but when you get to the front you will receive the same wonderful treatment everybody receives. They are very knowledgeable with uniforms and accessories and willing to make it right. Kudos to the crew in the back the fastest stitchers in the Bold North

Sales staff especially Jeff was extremely helpful on our first visit. GREAT selection and all in stock, with on sight alterations while you wait. Uniforms, why shop anywhere else.

These guys are absolutely incredible. The first time I went in, I was looking for boots. They didn't have what I was looking for, so rather than upsell me to something else, they helped point me toward other local retailers who might be able to help me. Therefore, I have been going back to get other pieces of gear and I will be purchasing most, if not all, of my uniforms here in the future.

UPDATE: 10 months later, I’m still buying my uniforms here. They are extremely knowledgeable about different organization’s uniform requirements and they always have a can-do attitude if some issue comes up with your uniform.

Great place to shop for public safety clothing. The staff are friendly and helpful. One of the best thing is... you could get your clothing hemmed or patches sewn on while you wait. So there's no more waiting to 3 weeks to get the clothing that you needed it yesterday

Great staff that does great work. They're very busy and get a lot done in a short time for many peaiole. Staff knows their stuff and surprisingly most everyone's names and who they're associated with.

They are very professional and fast. My husband needed very hard to find sizes and alterations to his uniform and they did a great job getting his uniform to fit perfectly.
