Cope's Barber Shop

Cope's is not just a barbershop, it's an American institution. A real experience of a real American business where customer service, good conversation can mean therapy for a man. The price is unbeatable so make sure you over tip. They don't take appointments; which in my opinion is even better, you get to sit longer through good stories and conversation, almost a vacation from reality. This is something I have never experienced coming from NYC; a taste of small town America, I love it. If Cope's was in my backyard I'd come every week.

Such a great place gotta say getting a hair cut can be hit or miss and this place hits everytime old school barber with old school prices!!! I highly recommend

Very very very impressed. At first i was like who the heck are all these dudes just sitting around chatting. Than i recalled that's how barber ships are. As i sat there, they all seemed to include me in conversation like i had been going there for years like them. The dude did an awsome hair cut and frankly im not going anywhere else going forward.

Just a wonderful experience from a newbie in the area. Was recommended by a co-worker. Old school Barber feel, GREAT and HILARIOUS conversations while getting professionally cut at an outstanding price! Be prepared to laugh at neighborhood conversations, be welcomed as a newbie, and have a great experience. Best barber in town!

I went here with my boyfriend and it was such a good experience! We had lots of fun and my boyfriend got a very nice haircut :) I loved all the taxidermy and memorabilia on the walls, and the recliner chairs were a nice touch, overall, I would give this place a 100/10

I’ve been letting Cope's Barber Shop cut my hair 5 years now. The other barbers at this shop do a good job to. They are all friendly, the shop is clean and allows walk ins.

A real guys place. Folks spinning stories, friendly, calls you by name. Gave a great beard/hair cut @ a bargain $
