McDonald's

I stopped for a shamrock shake and large french fry when passing through. Service was fast, friendly and the French fries were fresh out of the fryer and only waited maybe 5 minutes. So much better experience than the first time. Will definitely stop again.

Great service! They are always really busy, but yet they provide excellent customer service. If they make a mistake, they are prompt to fix it. My food has always been hot and fresh. The staff are kind and helpful. The inside and outside of the building are very clean and taken care of well. They have quite a few minors working here, but to my surprise they are all very professional and appear to be trained properly. The lines are very long in the summer, but they move fairly rapidly. If you are inside the restaurant you can see the workers working together at a very fast pace in order to serve customers in a timely manner. I even observed someone who appeared to be from a corporate office standing behind the counter helping out. I thought that was great to see! I love to use my mobile app to order because it is convenient and you also get reward points! Nothing like a free Big Mac😁 They also always give plenty of napkins which is nice because it’s easy to make messes when you are trying to eat and drive at the same time. You won’t be disappointed if you stop here to eat a meal or even just to get a drink or a something sweet!

Quick service, been going here for my whole life! Busy during lunch time as to be expected so have grace with the workers.

We only used the drive-thru on this day, and it was one of our Top-Three Experiences going through our local McDonald's Drive-Thru! (Garrison, Mn) Okay so, after taking our full order the employee said, "oh let's see, if I move some items around I can get you a better deal on your order with our 'buy one, get one for a $1, Meal Deal' that's going on right now." We were so overjoyed with our savings and the service was exceptional and so unexpected. It's not very often that a night employee (during dinner rush, at that) would take the initiative to help the customer save more than what was overall spent (and on a very large order) without being asked. We only have great things to say about the Garrison Mn. McDonald's restaurant.

Friendly staff, clean tables and restrooms and food was ready quickly.

i was inside ordering food and then a teen i think was taking my order and then i ask his name and he said earl and im like well thank you earl for helping me so i give him a tip and then he wne ta grabed my food and hot coffee he said careful it extrmelee hot but fresh from the pot and he just made my day i told a manger to give him a raise i was so happy that i got my order form him to and my food so hot just the way i like.

Only fast food place in the area. It's McDonald's, if you love then you do, if you then you don't, simple as that. Workers were very friendly and helpful

Happy fun a humerous adventure. I was listening to the interactions of the employees. This was a pleasant surprise as they were working logistics ( what goes to who ) and just to do itwithsuch a good playfull additude.
My hamburgers were served by people enjoying the here and now.

I think they should get this McDonalds remodel into a bigger one. It’s very busy during the Summer and it’s small but not in a bad way.

Nice place,,friendly staff..the girl was real friendly, she come running outside to bring me my strawberry shake, forgot to grab it...

This crew is great! Orders are always correct. Fun courteous staff.

Stopped in twice during our weekend travels, ordered on the app both times. Quick service and food was phenomenal, better quality than what i’ve had in the cities. We plan to stop in again when we are traveling here next time.

I used to come here for french fries to feed to the seagulls. Good times. Last time I came here the service was pretty good, plus the food was decent (as far as McDonald's goes).

It's rare people take the time to write good reviews for places. I wanted to let you know about a great experience we had there on Sunday 1-16-22 around noon. I don't think I have been there for many years, so I can't say anything about past experiences. When we arrived at the pay window, I had opened my window and my silly big dog wouldn't stop barking. The nice guy at the window asked if he could see the dog and then proceeded to talk to my dog very nicely and he stopped barking. The guy was super friendly!! My best friend and I looked at each other and were very impressed. Then when we got to the food window, that gal was extremely friendly as well. Told us to drive safe and very nice things to say in a quick manner as they were very busy. I just wanted to let you know. Thank you for being kind.

Very nice, well run, clean place. And friendly! They even have a non description sign. They don't discriminate against race, religion, or if you are vaccinated or unvaccinated. The sign said all people are welcome. How refreshing! No discrimination at all! A+ and great hot fries! Yum!

I rarely give 5 stars for anything, especially not fast food places, but this particular McDonald's deserves it. Not because the food is any different (hey, what do you expect, it's a McDonald's), but because of the staff. Everyone is so nice. But there is one lady there in particular who runs the place like it is a small diner... talking to customers, checking on tables, striking up just a little bit of small talk. I'll bet this is what things were like back when Kroc first bought the company. The corporate guys should give that nice woman a job to show them a thing or two.
