I held an office position for a year. The week following me asking my supervisor if I had anything to be worried about as far as my position, I was laid off the following Monday.. He told me I had nothing to worry about.
NO JOB SECURITY.
Second shift doesn’t get a full 40 hours, expect a text before your shift saying there’s no work tonight. They also aren’t trained to fix machines so you will be sent home because of that. When I worked there the lead on 2nd shift was in active addiction (meth) and verbally fights with people.
Unprofessional HR- coughs into the phone when talking to applicants/customers, sends people to her own Voicemail when she doesn’t feel like talking to people, leaves her phone off the hook so it won’t ring, watches her phone ring, etc.
