Purchasing our vehicle from Shakopee Chevrolet was the smoothest and easiest process that we have ever experienced. We worked with Dave Gill and he was great! We were traveling a reasonable distance to come look at the vehicle, so we discussed our options in depth before making the drive. Dave was straight forward and low pressure. He made accommodations to meet us when he wasn't regularly scheduled to be working. Their vehicle was fair priced and they gave us an honest value for our trade with no haggling. It was the kind of experience that I would have only imagined at an old school hometown dealership, except those dealers don't even do it that way anymore. David Jones has been amazing with helping me purchase a vehicle. He made sure to explain all my options with me to help me make the best financial decision for me. He went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for and made sure to keep me updated on when I would receive my vehicle. Had my trailblazer SS transmission rebuilt here, and they did a great job! 240 miles in right now with the rebuild. Kirk is the go to service advisor here, kept in contact with me and answered my many questions! The techs there also found other parts that they recommended being replaced that were actually worn (tire rods and ac belt). This Chevy keeps it honest.

I had the most genuinely honest experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. My sales consultant Dave Gill is the most solid person I've EVER worked with at a dealership, and I've purchased dozens of vehicles in my life. Finishing up the purchase and paperwork with Tom Fraizer was also the highest quality experience I've ever had. This dealership knows that reputation and customer care is the priority of success and they reflect it to the customer.

Madison, Paul and Mark were absolutely wonderful. The oil change cost is ridiculous. You are $50 dollars more than other dealerships, which to me is price gouging. The owner must be greedy to charge that much for just an oil change. Once again the staff was GREAT!

Great communication from start to finish, making appointment was easy online and got me in the following day. Fabulous job. My only grip is when picking up my vehicle I noticed white specs all over my windshield. I ran it through paradise car wash but there still there. Looks like paint over spray but not sure and not sure how to remove it. Otherwise great job. Thanks

BEST EXPIRNCE IVE HAD BUYING A CAR. I got my first car at Walser and didn't really like how I was treated then recently I went through Carvana, and I will NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE Again. Loved the small town feel of this place. My salesman, Dan, was professional, courteous and had great communication throughout the whole process. He was honest (rare to come by these days), didn't promise me anything that he couldn't deliver. I would definitely buy from them again.
