We needed 3.6V batteries and couldn't find them.
Herbert went over and above trying to help us out. He even went to look in the back storage area of the store.great customer service!

We were in Automotive for tires for a dodge ram pickup. We had an appointment. We were able to get some shopping done and had a short wait period!

Clean store. Well stocked. Lots of variety in merchandise and groceries offered. Affordable prices. Great staff. Options to be checked out by friendly staff or sef checkout your choice. Wheelchair access and disabled parking offered. Service dogs welcome. Garden center. Automotive center. Clean restrooms. Restrooms accommodate wheelchairs and strollers.

I appreciate the grocery pick-up. I've been using it since 2020 and have had very few problems.

This is my favorite walmart in the surrounding areas! Friendly staff, things are where I expect them to be, well stocked.

My visit was very pleasurable. I quickly found what I was looking for. I had questions about my electronic purchase. I was helped by a friendly, honest associate. Proven by my experience connecting and setting up the device. Payment was fast through self checkout. The only concern I have with Walmart is the dozen or more empty cash register lines empty, yet closing stores due to self checkout theft. If theft is that high, maybe it would be better to service your customers with friendly cashiers that might be happy to ring up our merchandise. That has to be better than selling bags, and renting carts to make up for all the theft.

If Rick is there to greet you, you WILL have a good day for sure. The store is amazing and has everything and anything you need, from popcorn chicken to power steering fluid. If you're lucky enough to be there when Rick is on shift, you are guaranteed a shot of good mood, high energy and addicting positivity. Thank you Rick

This is a nice walmart, even if it is on the smaller side.

That checkout lady Deb is so kind every time I go in, she has been helpful and quick to get us checked out when the self checkout machines go Fritz. She is personable and knowledgeable and helped me with a missing price tag amongst other things and most of the time greets us with a smile behind her mask. I look forward to seeing her wherever she works in the building. She is good with people and caught me trying to steal an air mattress, just kidding, it was a non return already processed at customer service but she caught it on her little black computer thingy. She is the kindest shortest employee you have, she also has a great colorist for whoever does her hair. I have had some problems with the rude managers at times at Walmart, but for all the years I’ve seen this employee deb sharp?, she has been pretty cool.

They seem to be doing very well on social distancing and making sure people are being safe. As you walk in they count how many people walk in and leave keeping the body count as even as possible not to overload the store. It was easy and comfortable for me to get what I needed and get back out to my vehicle with no issues. Thank you!

This particular Walmart, Park Rapids, Minnesota, was good. It had what it's known for, people dressed nice and people who simply stood out from the rest; a fella dressed in a shirt, shorts, sneakers and of course an ankle monitor, he wore it proudly, and it had a woman shopping barefooted but otherwise dressed ok. As for the workers, some were pleasant and others not so much. In terms of food, well stocked, plates, cups, napkins, etc etc, well stocked. I went with my family, wife and 2 teen boys, we got what we wanted. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

The Park Rapids Walmart is well stocked and the employees actually help you if you ask them for assistance.

The nicest Walmart I have ever visited! It is tidy, well-stocked, and well-lit including natural light coming in through the ceiling. Good prices and a nice selection of produce and books. The staff is friendly, too. I have always enjoyed my conversations with the cashier as I check out.

We stopped by mid morning of Black Friday. The crowd had left and we did some looking around. We were able to still get a few things we needed from the sales. Considering the traffic that must have been I there earlier, the store was in nice, clean and very nice order.

A great Walmart to visit - has a much nicer layout and atmosphere than other Walmart's I've visited. A lot of the staff is friendly, and the shelves are usually kept pretty well stocked. It is considered a resort store, due to the area it's located and it's not your average Walmart, and that's a good thing, I think. There are a couple items that they no longer stock here, that I wish they did, but not a major deal breaker, since I can order them online. Overall, a good place to shop.
