This is a great boutique. I purchased all my children’s summer clothes here. The Owner set up a private shopping experience due to COVID19 precautions. She was super helpful by pulling things in advance in my children’s sizes and didn’t hover while I shopped. Sales are pretty infrequent here. I was told they unfortunately do not offer a Military Discount but was grateful she told me of the current sale of 20% off in store purchases with a gift card purchase. I did that over the phone. When I shopped I used the prepaid gift card amount and those items were discounted by 20%. I appreciated the heads up on the sale. I did not have my children with and I DID need to make a second trip to exchange for different sizes or items completely several days later. On this second trip Grandma pushed the baby while my toddler road his scooter in the area. After I had pulled all the correct sizes and new items my children popped in briefly to try on items I wanted to check for fit. The owner was kind and sweet with both of my children. It was a large haul and the Owner made the adjustments sweetly and smoothly. Do know this is a boutique. They have to stick strictly with their return/exchange policy. So plan on abiding by it. This is true of every boutique/small local businesses I’ve shopped at. This boutique has a good selection of organic clothing. Unfortunately, a limited selection of fair trade clothing. Overall, I’m super pleased with the quality of my children’s clothes from here and I would go back if in the area again to support this cute well run boutique. Thank you for making my summer children’s clothes haul pleasant, efficient, and seamless!

Seven years ago I went to Goodnight Moon to purchase my oldest granddaughters communion dress. I went back today to get my youngest granddaughter her communion dress. I can not begin to tell what a wonderful experience both times have been. The dresses are absolutely beautiful and unique. The salesperson that helped us was so helpful. I'm out of granddaughters and will miss this shopping experience.

Beautiful clothing for me. I'm 7 months old and I love the outfits my mommy gets from this place. They have these great magnetic velour outfits that are so comfortable and warm.

I like shopping here for my children's clothes. The boutique smells good. The staff is always friendly.

Great service while looking for children's jewelry.

I just went in to do a customer return, the owner of the store handled the transaction, so I anticipated a great experience from a small business owner (not the case). The return policy is 10 days and anything outside of the policy is given a store credit. I was 2 days outside of the policy, and was not only denied a credit to my credit card, but the owner was smug and not friendly about it at all. It is one of those stores that clearly does not like returns.

My advice is to have a bit more flexibility for your customers, you now are competing against Pacifier down the road and I would highly recommend that store over yours based on them realizing that retail only works when you treat the customers well.

The staff was incredibly rude. If you like overpriced clothing, rude staff, look no further- this is your boutique. Bought a cute dress by Mayoral. I should have checked the brands website before I purchased from Goodnight Moon because the website was much kinder to my family, and less money. Disappointing.

Super snooty. No hello, no good bye and dirty looks that I had my behaved 3 year old along.
