Manager at the front desk and lady’s that work in the evening super cool and joking always said hello when I can
Back from work. Over night person super rude like I inconvenienced them when my card didn’t work at am other than that would stay here again

I travel for work a lot and always try to choose Extended Stay America. So far I've been to 20-30 different hotels of this brand nationwide. All hotels are different. But this one among the best. First of all it's clean starting from lobby and finishing your bathroom. I always get clean towels (when I say "clean" I mean they are actually as white as snow with no stains and hair on it) In general this location is very quiet and safe. My room was spacious and everything was working perfectly fine ( AC, fridge, stove.….everything).
If I needed something ( extra towel, trash bag or tissue ) frontdesk ladies always helped me. I appreciated my every day in this hotel and I want to express my deepest gratitude to GM Evette Davis and all her team for making me feel at home during my stay. These people care for real. If I'm back to Twin Cities I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

I wish the rates were a little bit cheaper but the coupons help a lot. Ms. Evette was just awesome! She understands the true definition of "Customer Service"!

Family of 6 are staying here as they have moved back from Mo. They are waiting for place to be ready for them. It seems to be quiet, suprised that no one was at front desk. They are able to have a refrigerator and stove available in their room It is a very busy place. Many people in and out.

We've been here almost a month and I have enjoyed every minute. The rooms are nice and clean. The front desk crew was awesome especially Toya or Tonya(sorry I forgot her name) but she was very helpful. She gave me some locations to go to and whatever I needed she'd go above and beyond to accommodate me. If the price wasn't out of my budget this would be my home. Overall I give 2701 Freeway Blvd in Brooklyn Center Minnesota a 10 out of 10. Pure excellence and professionalism. I absolutely would recommend this place wholeheartedly. Thanks to the entire staff for making our stay amazing.

Evette and Latoya at the front service desk helped me out tremendously! I can't say enough how welcoming and friendly they are. It is a pleasure and with great gratitude that I love how they make me feel at home here. I love em and you should definitely consider Brooklyn Center extended stay as your home away from home! A++++! Room is perfect!!

Evette and most of the staff are very helpful. They are hard working and make sure the hotel is clean. I only had two bad experience with two of the staff memeber ( overnight staff ) the light complexion woman were rude to other people who were checking in. The overnight staff doesnt check ids for room keys. The daytime staff goes above and beyond to be helpful, they been updating things getting the hotel back together. Last thing its good to see a manager work besides her staff instead of barely working, i mistake her as house keeping.

The team at this particular ESA goes above and beyond! Not only are they super dog friendly, they are incredibly nice and wonderful! I have never enjoyed going through the front lobby more than here. Evette, one of the employees, has treated us more than just a “guest” she’s become our friend. If you ever need a place to stay, come here! They will welcome anyone!

After staying here off and one for a couple months while looking for work in the area. I am now temporarily staying until my apartment is ready. The hotel had its flaws like anywhere else but in the last two months has made leaps and bounds. Waaaaay cleaner, then I've ever seen it. The staff is still amazing to me, I'm not from this area and they make me feel very comfortable and safe.. Evette is amazing, any questions or concerns ate handled right away, and Beth and Patrick are great. Haven't met one staff memeber here i don't get alone with or who hasn't done the best they can to help me.. i wouldnt stay anywhere else.

The staff is wonderful; The Manager: Mrs. Evette is awesome. Beth & Phyllis are outstanding members. They keep the guest happy and safe in these trying times let alone the area.

I have been staying here since may of this year and so far the management staff have been great. Every issues that i have encountered, the manager Ms. Davis and her Assistant Beth, have taken care of it and made my stay more at ease.

The corporate store canceled my reservation without letting me know. I show up on a sold out weekend due to as local event. E-vte not only got me a room, but also let me check in early. She's amazing and very helpful. Thank you!!!

Staff are good people here. They don't ask too many questions, but they will kick you out for smoking in your room. This is a good place to stay if you and homeless and looking for permanent housing.

I was there for 3 weeks and it was an awesome experience. It felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

with covid on the rise and also homelessness, this staff is doing a great job. fot Thanksgiving the gm evette distributed food to guest she knew didn’t have neals that day. she is a blessing to many people here and I will miss her smiling face as well as this staff
