Nautical Bowls

When I came back from holiday in the Caribbean, one of the things I missed most was the fresh açaí bowls. This place compares most out of any while still keeping true to Minnesota in their names and ingredients. Don’t worry about allergies, because you can build your own, but I highly recommend the Blue Bay and sitting by a lake to eat it.

This place is great! Healthy treats, sweet or savory! My little one will actually eat fruits and granola here. Impossible to get her to do anywhere else! The staff is friendly. A girl, Mia, helped us and was a sweetheart! Knowledgeable and professional. It’s nice to see a smiling teenager working as it’s rare these days!

This was our first experience here. I literally had to try all five flavors.
I had the pink and the blue and fresh strawberries and it was a pretty good combination. I wanted to try peanut butter but somehow it got stuck and no peanut butter would come out. Laughing out loud next time

David had the white which was coconuts and then the blue that was like tropical and he had granola. He thought it was good

He only wishes you had real chocolate, even just a few little sprinkles.... Lol 😆

It was very refreshing The fresh fruit on top of mine complimented it very well

Love it!!! I find myself craving the protein bowl regularly. Always friendly people and good vibes! I didn’t think I would like Açaí bowls but was totally blown away by how awesome they taste.

i came in tonight and i was just astounded by the quality of the customer service here. when i first walked in the greeted me with smiles from ear to ear and i felt more welcomed in this place than any other food place ive been in. after they greeted me they asked me how my day was and kept a conversation going showing that they truly cared about their customers. the customer service was good but the food was GREAT! the bowl i had was so delectable and i have never tasted anything like it! i asked for these workers names before i left and they said mia hegglemen and gigi siolah. nautical bowls does a great job at choosing who works at their locations!

Love the fresh ingredients. My husband and I love their bowls. We had the big island bowl size cruiser. Great for sharing and a good single portion for some as a mini meal/large snack.

I ordered a bowl with peanut butter and they accidentally gave me honey, when they realized their mistake one of the workers brought me a cup of peanut butter without me even asking! Amazing service and attentiveness from the workers there always and positive attitudes from everyone:)

Very cute place. I got the sunset bowl and it was good. The blood orange and ube mix might not be my taste. The mix of granola and blueberries with honey was a good combination.

They also got a glass filled with questions to keep entertained.

Absolutely amazing what you guys do, these smoothie bowls I will definitely have to come try one day they look absolutely delicious everyone please visit this location and support!

I've tried a number of different acai bowls in different states and chains/mom and pops, and this was the best so far. Great taste, price, service, wait was not long, parking was very limited, seating ok, a bit of a drive to get there.

This place is amazing! My new fav by far! There are so many options to choose from! I cut sugar, dairy, gluten & they had lots for me to choose from still! Definitely a must try! Also, ther girls working were absolutely the sweetest! They were so patient while we looked over the menu, graciously answered our million questions, offered us to join the "punch card membership" or whatever its called, gave recommendations. I will make the drive allll the way over to come again, THANK YOU!

Really excited to see this open up closer to where I live! Such a fresh, healthy option to have close by. It’s quality products with many options to create a flavor you like. I got the Buoy bowl and it’s didn’t taste overly sweet or full of sugar which was the goal! I have to also comment on the three high school girls working ~ they were so kind, friendly and genuine. Excited to come back!

The workers are always super friendly and happy to help you and answer any questions! The vanilla chia pudding is delicious! I haven’t had a bad base flavor, all of them are so good and the fruit and toppings have always been super fresh! The nut butters are made fresh right in front of you and super delish! I have been here probably over 20 times since they opened and they always make my bowl correct and pretty quickly! Highly recommend this place and you will feel good and fueled after eating it!

I love this place! It's nice to have a healthier-for-you place to treat yourself, and all their bowls are gluten and dairy free, which isn't always easy to find. The bowls are a little expensive, but seems to be high-quality ingredients... And very yummy, so worth it! Their workers have always been super. Friendly, fast, and accurate with my order. Keep up the good work, guys!

Aahhmazing. Completely AMAZING. This is the only acai, smoothie bowl in MN. The place is always clean and fun. They have several tables. The atmosphere is fresh and young. If you like healthy food and snacks definitely go here. I go here twice a week. My favorite is the island bowl feature below. It has layers of almost all their stuff, chia pudding. Acai, pitaya, matcha, coconut charcoal, vanilla hemp granola, etc etc. I cannot get enough of this. All the flavors together are out of this world. I stop my self from going here everyday. It's great as a breakfast or snack. The big one fills u up and energized for hours. Omg I talked about it so much. I gotta go there now. Bye. Driving over now

Clean, bright and friendly! The bowl was delicious, refreshing, and hit the spot. People were very nice and would answer any questions you had!

I first had one of their smoothie bowls from their food truck at a local event. It was so good that I looked them up, found out they have a "brick and mortar" location, and drove 30 minutes to get another one a few weeks later! Incredibly delicious and refreshing, plus they're all made with natural and wholesome ingredients!

After trying out my first Acai bowl in Florida, I was amazed at how something that delicious could be healthy for you, so I set out on a mission to find one at home here in Minnesota. Although I was very pleased with corporate Jamba Juice, there just wasn’t anything out there like the one I had tried in Tampa. I searched all over the Twin Cities only to one day get invited out for my birthday to Nautical Bowls...it was here, and ONLY here, I found unmatched quality & taste in the land of the Frozen Chosen! Vegan! Organic! Plant-based! Non-gmo! ....& TASTES like a birthday party in my mouth...EVERY time. This place is a RARE GEM. I also love their loyalty program and coastal interior design, which makes going out with your Love, friends and family a true delight! ⚓I especially appreciate how their ingredients are filled with nutritional integrity ⚡that helps build immunity. ...because let’s face it here in Minnesota, we could all use a little more Vitamin Sea 🌊☀ !!!!!!!!!! p.s. I highly recommend the Big Island Bowl w/added peanut butter + banana! 🍌

This place is my favorite! I was looking for somewhere to get a good smoothie bowl and when I came across a nautical themed one, I was hooked instantly! The bowls are easily customizable, so healthy and gorgeous to look at it! Their super upfront about the ingredients so there is no guesswork in what you're eating. I love that there is an option to get a quick, delicious, affordable and healthy meal. We need more places like this! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and now the curbside pickup process is easy and safe. And as a lifelong boater, the fact that their sizes are called Dinghy, Cruiser and Yacht makes my heart very happy :)
