Paul Strot has saved us lots of money through the years and takes the time to educate and guide us regarding our second home and our businesses. Some years my husband works in more than 12 states. Paul has had to do some research for our filing because we are more complex than many. We are so appreciative of his honesty and expertise.

Paul & his office has helped/assisted me Exceptionally over the years,since a TBI affected my cognitive abilities & I needed assistance with my taxes & the many changes to my retirement accounts over the years.

My taxes were not filed by April 15 and I had to scramble to figure out how to file for an extension and make a best guess of what I owed to federal and state to avoid penalties before midnight. There was no communication from this firm to help me, only an email saying they were working on it. Do not do your taxes here. Used to be great when Paul S was there (customer of many years) but am assuming he finally retired and now there is no quality for their customers. Never have I had such a poor experience.

Completely unsatisfied with how things were handled here.
Do not use this company by any means! Especially if you want them to have little to no communication with you. On top of being late with filing. I had everything organized and even mailed it to them February to make it easy for them. Keep in mind our taxes are not difficult at all. We waited until late July for our return. Absolutely ridiculous! They made our experience terrible and we will not be returning next year.

This is not a company anyone should work with. This was our first and last year working with this company. Once Paul retired everything changed. Our business taxes were not filed on time and Daniel claimed it was an IRS systematic failure. We were assessed a penalty by the IRS and was told that they would write a letter to have this waived, which they never did because we received yet another letter from the IRS. Daniel assured us that their firm would reimburse us for this penalty since it was their error and lo and behold for two months now we have been ghosted and no one will get back to us and now we’re out additional money for something that wasn’t even our fault.

I had to constantly follow up with them to make sure someone was on the ball on our personal taxes so the same thing didn’t happen. I had to ask three times to have copies of my taxes sent to me because no one would put them in the portal and grant access for us to view them.

Anyone should be very leery to use this company

DO NOT USE. We submitted all documents to them in February to learn who we had worked with had left and someone new was assigned. We then received a request to submit everything again, no reply to any email sent, and later learned the reassigned individual had also retired. On the day taxes were due still ZERO communication, was able to get ahold of previous owner and he helped get us to a point of at least having the extension filed and an estimated tax paid. Then nothing from Avior, follow up mid May to another request for the same documents that had previously been uploaded. It was great with Paul and terrible since. We will never use this firm again and highly recommend you do not either.

This place is unrealistic. I did not my 2023 taxes returned to me until June 26th. No one called me telling they were complete in Tax Caddy.
In the notes it read owed taxes need to be submitted to US Gov before 6/26 to avoid a penetally. That's the day it was completely and sent to me
I was told that owed the federal over, $3500
Do I trust this? They also said they put $550 from the MN government into my account
I have gone back 5 months without seeing anything. I have tried calling them many times a day and only get the their too busy and to leave a phone number. They have not called back after 5 weeks

Incompetent, unprofessional, expensive, outsourced.
